I frequent the PetSmart here and honestly, this place needs better business endeavors. The bookstore is a nice touch but few other businesses could draw me to the location. Parking is ample but there's no shade in the summer.

Great location and well-maintained shopping center . I've been to a few of the stores in the shopping center and I've never had an issue with the cleanliness of the Lots or a lack of being presentable. My only concern and its small , is that they often will get people asking for money in the parking lot.

Love chapters! Always feel that it's safe. The staff are always helpful ???? the managers seem very nice to their staff and it shows. I over heard the management give kudos to the cash staff on a great job. That goes along way. They are helpful without be pushy and always smiling. Will go out of my way to shop here

Chapters wouldn't let me buy anything even though I was wearing a face shield. 6 of them surrounded me and I had to bump into one of them to leave the store. I have reported Chapters. This is the ONLY company that doesn't accept face shields without a mask that I have tried to shop in.
