With covid restrictions the food court is under tight control by security staff, however, people just move to the seating areas in the main mall and eat there instead. Lots of people walking right by security personnel without masks, even with "masks are mandatory" signs all over the place. Yes, people are tired of the pandemic. Masks are a small inconvenience and are an important part of helping to slow the spread. Thankfully the vast majority of people are doing their part and I for one really appreciate that. Just wish the security people would be consistent with enforcement. Either do, or don't, but a half-hearted effort just adds confusion and generally irks people on both sides of the mask-wearing mandate. Stay safe, everyone!

Great place to spend some time out of the heat and get in some retail therapy. The AC in there is amazing. Make sure to stop by Montea for some awesome bubble with very cool customizable options. The popping boba takes bubble tea to another level.

Even though there's plenty of stores, there's not really much to do. There's about 3 jewlers in the same main hall, there's a few clothing stores with very similar themes, no form of entertainment other than a claw game and stacker, and the small local businesses seem to struggle while the big corporations threaten to take their place. I hope there's a way for more local shops to open.

I bought 2 pairs of leggings yesterday and was unsure of the colour matching something at home. I was not told I could not return. Today I came to return not even 24 hrs after buying and the girl working (Michelle) was a little rude. I wanted the owners/managers info bc I was lied to the day before. She refused to give it to me Don't waste your time these leggings are no support and they are just really meh for adults. Plus their customer service is lies and rudeness. I'll continue to shop at lulu where thy have better quality clothes and the staff are super friendly

It is a "mall". Not as barren as it once was but still expensive. It seems to cover that need of a certain group and is still the only place in town that has the official stores of all 3 National cell phone carriers as well as kiosks for their fighting brands.

Worst experience in a mall in ages. Urban Planet refused to open change rooms. Passed a female security guard and female server from Purdys talking less than 2 ft apart blocking the hallway outside of Purdys. Asked them to separate 2 meters and was completely ignored. Either rules apply to all or they cannot be enforced!

Located across the street from Greyhound station with secondary city bus transits all stoping here makes this 1 of the most important locations of the Alberta Grande Prairie city. Other then their local airport for arrivals which is located near the industrial area of the city instead. The Real Canadian Superstore is behind the greyhound and Canadian Tire 'n IGA a block away on the opposite side how ever keeps main grocery stores outside of the mall instead and smaller business inside

Has a good variety of stores but really needs to work on the family "bathroom". I do not enjoy having people walk in to the room that is supposed to be a safe place to feed my son and be ridiculed well doing it. And I do not enjoy that i had to stop in the middle of the feed due to the very strong perfume that was being put apply by some woman who though that that room is ment to pamper themselves in! This space was not well thought out and would recomend there being a sign that states there is NO toilet in there!

I have been going to the Prairie Mall dental since we moved here 6 years ago, they are always so wonderfully helpful with my benefits and working with my budget when we are tight on funds. The staff are always so cheerful and they do a great job with our son. One of the best in town! I have been to a couple others but none was as friendly as those ladies in the mall. :)

As far as malls go, this place has got all bases covered. Decently sized, has a cafeteria, lounging area, lots of variety, conveniently placed in town. It offers a lot the the majority of Grande Prairie needs/wants. My only complaints would be that the bathrooms aren't cleaned as often as they should. And, if you live in GP and been there quite a few times, you kinda know what to expect. BUT, there is always something going on there, like live yoga classes, exotic animal exhibits, strength competitions, Santa around Christmas, even game shows!

The mall is really nice as it has some good brands and has good quality of services provided to the customer. The only down side I see is the open guest WiFi provided by the mall is extremely slow. Considering the it is 2020 we have speeds that were normal in 2004. Webpages and normal browsing is very slow but if this is upgraded to higher speeds the mall is great overalls.

I reserved something online because website stated limited stock, received an email that said to wait for reply once product is ready for pick-up. Didn't receive anything after that. 24hrs later I was able to go to the store, they did still have what I was looking for. What is the point of having an option of reserving something, if they dont follow through with it.

It's a brilliant mall for sure, it has the basics of what you'd expect in a mall of course. Personally, I enjoy the Spencer's in the mall, I couldn't possibly forget Cole's bookstore either. It has a pretty small variety of manga, but depending on your genre taste, you'll find many things of the romance aspect, drama & horror.

Stores are pretty good, but grande prairie's moral comes out of the wood work here, keep your purse near and your phone close at hand my wife constantly sees people steal stuff from the stores in this mall and many of the vendors are watching closely for thievery. I guess it's the world we live in.

A lot of obnoxious sales people, but a good variety of stores. Only cons is the early close times, which is pretty weird for a mall. Especially as the only mall in the city.. The food court has a lot of options and the place is kept quite clean, especially the washrooms. The recent improvements and upgrades to the mall are nice. I honestly cannot complain as it is the only mall in this small city. Parking could improve though..

I have been to the prairie mall many times and I always enjoy the wide range of goods and services offered. They have a large selection of different stores as well as a great food court. Finally, I am very impressed with the new addition to the mall, it looks very bright and very well designed. Can't wait for more stores!

I am not a huge fan of malls. So, from the perspective of someone who would rather chew on a rock than go to a mall, this mall is average. It has spacious hallways so crowding doesn't seem to be an issue. The layout is pretty good, and by that I mean that I didn't get lost. There was a lot of parking too! Verdict: this is a good mall. I would come here again if I needed to, but hopefully I won't have to.

Come visit the Prairie Mall before it's gone forever. Lots of clothing stores and all but 1 of the jewellery stores in Grande Prairie. Could there be anymore jewellery stores in this mall? Probably but then they would have to change the name from Prairie to Jewellery. That just might be offensive somehow. There's a book store too. One of the last remaining ones in Canada. So come on down and enjoy the relics before Amazon owns everything.

This mall is so upbeat and clean I love being a part of it. The selection of stores Independents as well as others provides many unique items when shopping for specialty gifts. The forward movement into contemporary settings is wonderful to see. The ladies at customer service are great they can get you a stroller or wheelchair if it is needed. Who wants to shop going in and out of doors when you can get to so many stores all inside. They have it all here Furniture to foot care.

The Prairie Mall has always been a place for people to shop, vist and have lunch. It has wide variety of stores, and if you are me ,you can hardly move in there without seeing someone you know, or maybe some you would rather not see. The large food court has something for everone including large bathrooms. It has many years under its belt and I am sure many more to come. It is one of the hotspots in Grande Prairie you cant miss it.

Went here to waste time between customer visits and it was a great mall. I even found a belt at Marshall's. For such a small city this mall has everything you need. I really liked it and would recommend to anyone who is traveling to GP and needs to waste some time.

Always an enjoyable trip, the Mall offers an array of different shops from Jewellers to a Dollar store. Our recent trip saw us visit Peoples Jewellers, staff were just great and the eating area where we had Chinese and Japanese food, both very nice. Generally parking is OK but, as anywhere, near Christmas it can become very busy so early parking is advised, all in all an enjoyable experience.
