Clean, literally has everything that a small town needs. I've lived in Hinton all my life and it seems fine to me. It would be nice if there was a restaurant. I know that there was one, not sure what happened to it, but there's still a Starbucks in Safeway. Intersport is perfect for sporting goods, shoes and clothes, Ardene for discount fashion, The Source for electronics, Sunglass Cove for glasses, Bootlegger for even more clothes, Warehouse One for guess what? More clothes! Marks for clothes and work clothes, Liquor Town for alcohol and finally Walmart and Safeway for food and stuff. Overall pretty great. If they added a cafe or restaurant I would give it five stars. Even though there is a Starbucks in Safeway and Mr.Mikes on the lot, something with soups and sandwiches would be nice.

This is one of the few malls around. It is nice to be able to walk around in a mall, as it is cold many months of the year. A fair selection of shops for a small town. The next mall is in Edmonton. It is a good place to stop on your way to Jasper or the mountains.

I go to this mall regularly! The hairdresser there is really good! The Safeway is great and the walmart staff are always very friendly! The dollar store has all kinds of stuff too it's great but a little hot inside for some reason. Nowhere else in the mall is quite as hot as the dollar store.

This is a nice little mall, with Walmart being it's anchor tenant. There is also a sports store, liquor store, Safeway, and a Canadian Tire nearby. For those of you travelling to Jasper, it is the last stop for big box retailers and somewhat lower prices than you will find in Jasper. Plenty of parking and they do allow boondocking for RV's

Here Mt.Folding hike starts. It is 16.5 km long with 1100 meters elevation gain, takes about 6-7 hours to complete in summer time. Be prepared for the rapid weather changes and strong wind near the summit. For more information check alltrails app.
