Decent store selection but parking sucks! Especially on weekends.

The mall is great, bright cheerful, good assortment of stores. Was severely disappointed that the stores were basically shut down an hour before closing. Music off, staff cashing out, shutting down. Did not make customers feel welcome. No one offered service after 8pm, as if we were intruding on their closing routine.

Clean mall, with friendly staff. There is still lots of empty stores, and something needs to happen at the end Sears was located, there's a couple good stores down there, but it seems like a ghost town down there.

I love this mall and the hours are so convenient. Its not too huge and not too small. Winners is a great store but their prices could be more reasonable....if there's a flaw on anything the only discount is a dollar. I believe they should lower their prices. Payless Shoes is my most favorite of stores there. Sears should be more competitive with their prices or they will go belly up. Le Chateaux has the cutest things but their return policy sucks. You have phone head office if u want a refund on return. Their shoes are exquisite but over priced. By in a reasonable price range. Wish we had an outlet le chateau in Lethbridge. Anyway that's it. Aldos has some lovely shoes and try get a discount on your cel phone. Shoppers Drug Mart Makeup and perfume boutique...pretty awesome...pricy too....but if u r not satisfied they will refund...even mascara.

I Would like to give this mall a 3.5 but a 4 will suffice. In all honesty, this mall gets the job done and is well, but when I went there last, many stores were closed and even people with masks couldn’t shop. There is a very good looking girl that runs the Mr. Pretzels stand though. Makes the trip worth it.

A decent sized mall in the heart of a small town. Has most of what you expect to find in a mall, so no major complaints there. The hours however still leave a little to be desired, but the mall has recently adjusted them, so it's not unfair to expect further improvements in the future.

The mall is kept quite clean overall, and the areas that have been renovated have been done tastefully. Staff are hard to locate as the help kiosk is in a poor spot. There's only public access to restrooms near the food court which isn't central. Most of the parking is close to mall entrances for ease of access, externally could use more greenery to make it more attractive. Lots of the store fronts are empty, so it is a little depressing in there - they've had issues keeping vendors in for a few years.

Good enough mall. Not as good of selection as Calgary malls but its a smaller city so it's to be expected. Not a huge fan of the layout myself its a bit awkward. Generally seems relatively clean. Love the holiday display they put outside of Booster Juice every year though and the way the city decorates the park across the street for christmas.

This mall has an excellent selection of stores. It's also very clean and bright. Their Food court has a nice selection of vendors. The seating area has been expanded, and there is now seating in an adjacent area which is somewhat quieter than the main Food Court seating area which is nice for people who prefer a quieter place to sit and enjoy their drink or meal.

Not a fun place to hang out if you're not there to shop. The food court is always a little sketchy and is entirely fast food. The big anchor stores aren't great. About half of them don't have mall entrances. Not a huge variety of stores, unless of course you're looking for a new outfit or knick-knacks for your house. Parking is free, but good spaces aren't usually easy to find.

Its a pretty good mall! I'm from Lethbridge originally but reside in Ottawa now, so I'm used to some pretty big malls, but for a small mall, Park Place is really great! Of course there are a lot of jewelery and shoe stores, things you'd expect in a retirement city, but there are quite a few youthful stores too! Places like Ardennes, Claire's, Hit Topic and even a Spencer's. And the new renovated food court is beautiful! The new bathroom were also a must needed upgrade and they look wonderful.

Small mall, not much variety. Basically every store sells the same things. Food court smells bad because of the kfc and kernels always smells like burnt popcorn. There is no other option in lethbridge though so you're stuck going here if you want to go to a mall. Sears is gone, so the customer service / info booth moved to an inconvenient location. Would be nice if it was more child friendly, ie. A play structure or anything for kids, other malls have these and are very well used, encourages families and parents to come to the mall, increasing revenue.

A large mall with every kind of store, theatres, kids recreation area, and a large food court. It is laid out in a circular pattern so is easy to get lost. Always very busy. Information kiosks with helpful staff can guide you where uou want to go. There are large public seatng areas if you want to rest and people watch.

Lethbridge's "big" mall with lots of shopping, movie, and food court options. They often have really good mall promotions and events! Easy to navigate and good hours! The parking lot is usually a mess and there are many issues with damage to vehicles parked in the lot... that said, this isn't a mall issue so much as it is a driver issue, but I recommend picking parking spots strategically to avoid damage to your vehicle!

I have heard multiple stories now of people having items stolen in this mall, including my niece today. No one at the help desk and security nowhere to be found. WATCH YOUR THINGS or even better avoid this lawless joke of a mall altogether. No one will help you.

Okay so here's the thing: I am Lethbridge born and bred, and I now live far away. I spent half a decade working in various stores in this silly little mall. I know objectively it's got some problems, and the store selection isn't what it used to be, but I love it all the same, plus the food court is pretty nice. All in all, not bad, could stand to be a little cleaner and the lack of washrooms is a bit of an issue, but I will love PP until I draw my dying breath.

Every time I visit though, I see new selection of stores available in there. Overall for a city like Lethbridge, it's probably THE best mall here. Not saying much considering the other competitor looks more like an abandoned warehouse than a mall, but you get what you get.

Awful, run-down, and depressing is the best way to describe Park Place Mall. A good number of stores are vacant and most shops are on the lower-rung for quality. It's really no surprise that Canadian retailers are losing their lunch to the online competition. I'd rather shop online than have to watch the cops/mall security dragging someone through the mall.

Full service mall. From my perspective the most unusual thing about this mall was that the business that rents out the furry ride-on battery powered animals was constantly busy. While I was here I saw security chase people on them a couple of times.... Kind of odd. Was in the midst of renovations to the food court during my visit.

It's fine. For one of the larger cities in the area however it surprised me with how few of my favorite stores were there. I personally didn't find a lot of clothing selection for myself. The food court was quite nice and they are building a Sephora which will obviously be a big hit. But if you're coming all the way here from a ways away I wouldn't count of finding a ton of clothing selections. (I'm a 32 year old mother and dress like one if that helps). So I'm not shopping at Garage or American Eagle (except for jeans) and yet Rickies and Cleo all seem overally dressy. I'm sure lots would disagree but I wasn't thrilled.

PARK PLACE MALL IS A NICE MALL , CLEAN AND FRIENDLY . I DIDN'T SEEM TO BE ABLE TO CONNECT ON THEIR WIFI , HOWEVER ---- BUT LUCKILY THE A+W HAD AN UNSECURED WIFI AVAILABLE .... WHILE I HAD A TIMMY'S COFFEE IN THE FOOD COURT. BUT OTHERWISE IT'S A NICE PLACE , IMHO ;-)

Decent mall, easy to get around. They have a good selection of stores and kiosks but their decision to move their Santa display for the first time ever was horrible. They moved the Santa setup to a spot way out of the way, almost no signage or information anywhere and it was almost non-existent. Their displays used to be huge in the main area., which was almost empty this year so it wasn't to make room for something.

The mall isn't as vibrant as it used to be. Not sure what will happen when the sears store closes, hopefully they can get another big anchor store to move into that space, otherwise that won't is the mall will die off. The food court is always busy, but lots of sketchy people hanging out there, so not the safest place to go.

Source worker snubbed me off when I wanted the cheaper phone plan. Much more I can write on this one. Kiosk (Tbooth) worker wanted my S.I.N. for a credit check. NO ONE gives that piece of ID anymore, esp. when I had two other pieces of picture ID with me. I guess cellular kiosks wants questionable employees to work for them.

Its an OK mall but why I give 5 stars, I really like King Pao wok its great Chinese food and they give large portions, I suggest if you order from here ask for take out, cause whatever you can't finish eating you can take home.

The security guards here are bullies. After being suspected of shoplifting. So with much attitude I producing my bags to which they found nothing I had stole. They embarrassed me further by making me leave and following me out saying things that implied to others in earshot that I had Infact been stealing. they knew and I knew the only reason I was asked to leave was because I told them off. Three months they told me I couldn't come back for...I will never return to that mall when I'm in Lethbridge!

Great location and most business are open. You must wear a mask to enter. Hand sanitizer and stations are set up around the mall and at the entrance of every store. Food court is fully opened now and food court has social distancing seating. I would and do feel safe shopping at this location. Great selection of chain stores and locally owned and operated businesses. Everything thing you need in one stop shopping. Hours of operation are still the same so grab your mask and your wallet and come on down we are open for business.

I personally love Park Place. Good variety of stores. It's well kept, and it isn't that big so you can't get lost. I didn't give it 5 stars because the people at Telus said that they would have a new shipment of phones and that they would arrive on November 1. I went there on November 1 and they didn't have the shipment yet. In fact, they STILL don't have the shipment in. So that's why I gave it 4 instead of 5.

Great mall and with the recent upgrades it's even better! Nice food court with ample choices, something for everyone. Overall the mall is clean and appealing to the eye. Plenty of shops of all sorts. You should have no problem finding what you need there. Unfortunately the location is overrun by the homeless and drunk population BUT their is lots of security and they are right on top of that which is nice to see. I have never been harassed while shopping there. Information booth is set up right in the middle of the mall and they are very friendly and willing to help. The arcade is a ton of fun for kids/families - which offers something different than your run of the mill shopping mall. Love it!

Lethbridge has one mall and this is it. Overally it is a mall. It is somewhat clean altho I have stumbled across some disturbing items lying on their floors. Store variety is okay. Not really much selection. Everything kinda falls under the same category. For the most part friendly staff. Some rude others friendly and helpful. The evening is not really family friendly, for obvious reasons. All together it is a good place to shop.

The Park Place Mall is a rather large shopping area that included a great variety of clothing stores and specialty stores it would have really helped if there were more maps throughout the building to explain where stores were located as well as having another convenient restroom it also would be nice if there was public Wi-Fi throughout the mall or if a couple different stores would make their Wi-Fi more available to the public overall it was a nice time and we bought some cool gifts

Biggest mall in Lethbridge. Located downtown across from Galt Gardens. Park Place is the mall to go to if you need to do some shopping in southern Alberta. There are other malls in Lethbridge, such as Lethbridge Centre, but Park Place is the most modern. They have Galaxy cinemas as well. So if you want to catch a movie, it's the place to be.

After moving to Lethbridge from Toronto, my wife and I expected to lose out on a few stores we used to frequent. But places like this mall made us realize that most of the common shops are still available to us here. There is a shockingly large number of stores at this mall, an impressive amount of parking, a big seating area in the food court, and big, clean washrooms. I came here on boxing Day and found parking almost instantly. My wife and I grabbed a snack at NY Fries and were able to choose from a multitude of seating options in the food court. The stores are busy but no insane line ups to be found. Since my wife is still shopping, I will go check out the washrooms shortly but I expect them to be as clean as always. (don't worry, I'll update my review if that is not the case)

I visit Park Place mall quite regularly. It is located just off Scenic Drive which runs from North Lethbridge almost all the way to the south end so its easy to get to the mall from almost anywhere on this side of the city. It's also quite spacious so you never feel crowded. There is a large variety of stores as well and I personally have yet to go to the mall and not find what I was looking for. Usually I end up leaving with more then I went there for lol. Even if you're not looking to spend there is enough neat little stores that you could kill at least a half a day just window shopping. Check it out!!

I know once you've seen one indoor shopping center you have seen a mall (pun intended) but I really do like this place. It's design is able to have a large variety and quantity of shops but still close together. It's not so small that selection is limited but not so big that you run into the same style of store 5-6 times like some other centres. Thanks to the loop in the centre its also easier to traverse without getting exhausted or lost wether you're browsing and adventuring, or heading to several specific places. Wide hallways allow for social distancing as well as preventing overcrowding issues. The food court has a large selection of food and a large area to dine in. I've never had a problem finding a seat. There are several interesting shops like a table top Games store that has unique chess sets, puzzles, logic puzzles, card Games, etc., Clothing stores for metal heads, country... heads?, Classy folk, kids, teens, thrifty folk, and even just for heads. As in hat stores that you can customize your own hats. The electronics store has a wide variety of household, gaming, computer, sound system, cell phone upgrades and protection. Plenty of stores for gifts and crafts for everyone as well (yes even nice chocolate). And, if you've read any of my other reviews, you will notice a big part of my return business is based on customer service. Every employee I've encountered wether the lovely lady at Spencer's who helped my find a replacement wallet, the funny janiter who replaced the tp, the wise cracking cook who loaded up my tater tot nachos, or security officer chatting with the skate boarders, everyone has been fun, polite, helpful, and honest. I'm a big believer in giving respect to get respect, being understanding, and treating others how I would like to be treated and it seems to work. I've never had an issue with a staff member there. Some fellow customers perhaps haha but I can only control my actions.

Excellent shipping centre. Having assumed that malls were a but dead, I realize now that the latter was only because Quebec makes it so unattractive for businesses to set up shop there. In contrast, the malls in AB remind me of the golden age. Park Place Mall is no exception as it has a variety of name brands I have never heard of before. It's a very clean, lively shopping center with plenty of things to buy, browse and do. From a cinema to skater shops, to a great food court. In addition, it has a fantastic park just across the street where you an enjoy a pic-nic, a splash in their fountain, or simply a walk before heading over to Chapters for a good book and a drink from Star Bucks. Highly recommend for folks of all ages.

Arguably Lethbridge's best mall! Lots of stores, decent food court, and good hours. Well maintained and low vacancy make this a nice mall experience. Nicely supported by several connected (but separate from indoor mall access) anchor chains (Staples, Old Navy, Chapters, Pier 1, Jysk, Michaels). Theatre, arcade, and seasonal atrium display make this a good spot to visit many times a year.

A ton of clothing stores, a “certified Apple reseller”, but there’s Purdy’s chocolate which is extremely good, a few jewellery stores, an AWESOME food court (at least when you can actually eat there), and a record store (no longer HMV), Hot Topic, and a Bath and Body Works. Why 3 stars? The arcade SUUUCKS. Not a single good one in Lethbridge. It’s small, and the only game even worth playing there is air hockey, maybe if you’re into it the hoop shooting game that too. It is closed right now either way but when it opens it won’t be worth going to either. It’s not even that there are just bad games there - there’s ONLY gambling ones aside from the two I mentioned. Nearest good one you’ll find is probably the Rec Room in Calgary.

so I was at the mall on Thursday April 25th with my dog that is a husky malamute an 1 of the employees is sitting outside with my dog as I come out of the mall I was only in the mall for 15 minutes an the employee tells me when I get to my dog with a bottle of water that I'm not aloud to being my dog to the mall an that i should stop doing it an not do it an he also said if the powned was called that I'd get a 500$ fine witch is bs being there are no signs the say dogs are prprohibit on property an that also states the criminal code of the federal law of Canada that states dogs cant be at the mall so unless they get a sign with this information anyone can bring there dog to the mall there is no crime in doing so

It's alright. Has a decent food court. Other than food, the mall can be summed up in four categories; clothing and accessories, jewellery, phones and accessories and spa/beauty related items. If you want anything else, you wont find it here. Lots of shops, but all of them fall under the gourd categories, selling the same stuff, different colors and prices.

Sears Canada is the anchor store until January 2018; then it will be permanently closed. Ciniplex movie theatres are located inside the mall. The Galaxy Cinema doesn't operate during regular weekday (daytime) hours (primarily evening shows except for day time performances on weekends and holidays). Winners (like Marshals & Homescence & TJ Max) is located inside the mall. Michael's Crafts, Old Navy and Jysk (small scale Ikea!) are part of the mall but only accessible through their own outdoor entrances. Chapter's and Pier One are located in the parking lot.

Park Place Shopping Centre is a great place to go. The stores are clean, the mall and food court are looked after so there isn't trash lying around. Nice and clean, plenty of benches to sit down and rest. The stores themselves are great. A nice wide variety. The anchor stores are awesome to have. Park Place keeps looking for great renters of their space such as getting Old Navy in, way to go. Great hours for those out of town folks who find it hard to get into the city. Overall I enjoy my shopping experiences at the mall. Keep up the good work.

This is not a great mall. Lethbridge lacks great shopping. The clothes stores are mostly geared for the young and thin. The rest of the mall is mainly made up of shoe and jewelry stores. The food court is mediocre, and there is a lot of loitering with transient and unsafe individuals there.

Experiences here vary per visit. Being a mall each visit's experience could be different depending what store you are going to or why you are here in the first place. Overall it is usually a pleasant experience. Mall staff are friendly and helpful. Most stores have good staff as well, I've not had a negative experience here due to staff be it mall staff or store staff. It's a one stop shopping experience....almost... You can't get your groceries here and that is not likely to change. You can get almost everything else though. Prices are a little steep but that is part of the Mall Experience. ;P

It's been a while since I've ventured into this mall and a lot has changed. The food court has been completely redone, so it's huge, but there is only one more food vendor (a cheap pizza place). There is a new entrance to the food court from the (soon to be former) Sears front parking lot. There is a good selection of stores and they are open to 9 every night except Sunday.

We went to go into shoppers and was barred from entering by a worker who spread her arms out in doorway and frantically told us we could not enter because they were at their limit, as 3 people were walking out. Not sure how they van tell how many people coming and going from outside and inside entrances??? She seemed panicked so might as well bypass them.

There are still a few places besides Wal-Mart which draw shoppers however like much of the province the harder times have led to a winnowing of the business on offer. Roughly 1/3rd of storefronts are empty. Still it has retailers which are worth a look and on certain days you can find a local market reminiscent of a mini farmer's market in the thoroughfares. You will find a similar assortment of retailer's on offer as expected in most malls with a bit fewer options.

A classic easy going mall with lots of clothing, jewelery stores, and beauty services. Has everything you need for a makeover. The food court looks nice after the renovation. Kinda minimalist post modern. Usual suspects are still here like Edo, A&W, and new york fries. So you have a good choice of asian or burger places, and opa. Nothing too healthy sadly except maybe booster juice. I see kids are already pulling the fuzz off the fuzzy green wall. (Oops) i think the sample massage chair in gnc is nicer than those leather beasts in the mall proper that have been breaking necks and spines since 75 i assume. Thank god the shoppers pharmacy is right there in case you need makeup, junk food, or methadone. The guy who runs it, the older dude with a classy looking mullet was nice too, checkin in and being social, same with the security guards. I recommend American Eagle, Boathouse, Zumeiz, Aldo, and La Chateau for mens clothing/ accessories/ footwear. Mountain warehouse is like one of two places to buy mountain gear, with the other being across town and perpetually shutting down. Overall, pretty nice. Hours are okay. I feel bad for whoever they stick out behind Pier 1 in that little orange DECO tent looking to fix windshield chips. I'm a pretty sciency guy, took a lot of classes. I think the dent repair looks nice and feels good, but at the end of the day glass is not a good surface to bind to, the density of what i assume is an epoxy is not going to line up, causing a weak point to emerge exactly where you're trying to fix it. It's an aesthetic fix, not a structural one, and doesn't work on cracks that are illegally big. Looks like the department stores are on the way out. (The Bay, Sears.) The reality of these places is that stores that specialize in fridges will do fridges better, ones that do clothes will do those better, and here you'll get charged extra for the privilege to buy both at the same time. They do let you actually smell their fragrances rather than guess and hope for the best, which is somehow how it's done now? You can email $40 to this account and I will send you a package of my mystery smell. I understand they aren't getting regular products in so they can set aside testers or whatever, but they literally lock them in these giant plastic cubes so you literally cannot even smell the package. Seems like someone is confident their product smells good! Kids can get little riding horses inside, sometimes they sell products in the large atrium that booster juice is located in. Cars, fake fireplaces, flu shots, Santa Claus. Nice view of downtown Galt Garden and sometimes you can feel the sun here. For some reason Michaels, Old Navy, Pier One, Staples, and JVSK are outside. Punishment maybe? The arcade by the theater was a classic when i was a kid. It's cool that there's still one around.
