Good sized mall with quite a few different shops to choose from. Not overly busy as it is located out of downtown Calgary! Lots of parking is available. Food court is newly renovated and it is quite large with multiple options for food.

Lots of stores to choose from. If you have steps counting target or if you area mall walker, well, this is your place ! ;) Most are outlets from other stores. Make sure you planned your day well as you will spend most of your day here if your plan is to visit most stores. Avoid weekends if you want to plan a day with less crowds. Usually Tuesdays and Mondays morning are best. Food court has a large variety of places to eat from.

Awesome mall. There are so many great options here, ranging from all the clothing stores needed to a huge selection of restaurants. Does get quite busy at times, so try to come during weekdays. Parking lot is huge, atmosphere is great, and as a plus, there are some colourful structures that make your shopping experience a bit better!

New arrivals to Calgary. I am basing this review on how CrossIron compares to Vaughan Mills in Toronto, and Tsawwassen Mills in Vancouver. Just like the other two, there is every store you could want/need including some high end stores like Saks 5th Avenue and Victoria Secret. However, I took away 1 star because the hallways are more cramp than I'm used to and there is not a lot of natural light. I get the impression that this place would be no fun at Christmas. As well as a family with disabilities, the sprawling nature was difficult on my wife's back.

The mall has all kinds of stores for anything you could need. The food court also has quite a few restaurants. There are usually various discounts in many stores. It can get pretty busy during the holiday time and on weekends, so if possible go during the off hours to avoid waiting in line and a lot of rush

When a government asks business to limit capacity because of Covid, it doesn’t mean the business should close 50% of the food court and put all tables together in another half. So people bump elbows during lunch and smell $5 perfume of a neighbor. It means, there should be a distance between the tables and people! Engineering level: 100

Very beautiful mall I just love the amazing set up and all the art all around the mall it's the most beautiful thing and mall I have ever seen since Vancouver Island the mall is awesome for families it's very well organized and very clean and the staff that work at the mall are fabulous it's very quiet and the tiles in the mall are beautiful the whole place amazes me even the tent outside where you can eat is very colourful and neat place to take pictures with your family and beautiful flowers I'd say this mall is number one choice very outstanding work well done thank you calgary for showing us how beautiful of a city this is it amazes me everyday and the people in it glad we can call this our new home

I have been told that it’s not the amount you make, it’s how much you keep. It helps to be far from cities but a trip to Calgary means a drop by at Cross iron mills. Just to give you an example, a $50 at Chinook might get you a shirt but in Cross iron it would be a full outfit and a gift for someone. If you are just tagging along, no problem there’s lots of sitting area and places to take pictures. After walking around, you might get hungry! I never miss a trip to get crepes and before I leave I get my caramel covered apples at Rocky Mountain Chocolate shop.

Tons of stores. Not.sure why they bother being open though when you can't try anything on at almost every single store. What's the difference if you can return it? Not wasting my time since I have to drive 35 minutes to get there and then not like something when I get home and have to drive back to return it. Might as well buy online you'll have just as good luck getting something that fits.

CrossIron is a pretty popular mall. We don't live in Calgary but love to stop by when we are driving past. Bas Pro is a must stop, it's so fun in there! I love their renovated food court. It kind of reminds me of Bourbon Street in West Edmonton Mall. The whole mall is very clean and very festive depending on the season. Huge variety of stores. And they have a kids play area which is handy for littles. Their kids carts also have what looks like i-pads on them. Which I imagined could be very helpful if you plan on being in the mall for a while and you have a restless child.

Just off the highway 2 on the road into Calgary you can find this large mall amongst a bunch of malls. We stopped briefly for food. It has a great food mall with plenty of options to eat. The restrooms were large and clean a definate bonus!

5 stars for the mall 1 star for the way out. By blocking the exit with a no left turn it makes the next exit impossible to escape do to the people lining up to U-turn through the dirt lot. If you have cameras outside sprotchek anytime it's busy you should watch the show.

I love this mall! If I want to buy some clothes, books or something beautiful for my home, I always come here. I live in NW, so it is conveniently located for me. I park my car near Winners because I can always find a free parking lot there.

Definately one of the cooler and larger malls in Calgary.... everything from Nike to children's apparel and a food court with lots of choices of food to choose from. Oh and yes there are a lot of bargains and sales going on... worth it to shop.

Excellent shopping with great buys, but be sure to check out the Cake Boss cake vending machine!! It's was so cool to try some of Buddy's cakes. If you have a sweet tooth and appreciate some pretty divine decadent cake.....then this is definitely something you do not want to miss out on. Enjoy!! I'll definitely be back, and not just for cake! The only place Ill go if the wife has multiple places in mind, from where she needs to purchase (mostly window shop - haha). But this place is huge.. Kid friendly and has probably the biggest collection of most brands with the city. Also has a bunch of restaurants where you can dine in and chill on their patio. And if you’re not in the mood to go out one can check out their food court - also very massive. The collection of having so many brands under one roof makes it so much easier to shop. For me personally kids shopping has never been so easy.

Very busy place in Calgary. Sometimes the mall gets busier during the Christmas season. Especially during Black Friday and Boxing Day. During these days it’s hard to get a parking spot and there is a huge line up right from the highway exit. Best outlet mall in Calgary with variety of stores. The prices and discounts available in this mall are hands down compared to other malls. Washrooms are clean and well maintained. The only suggestion is to have more parking spots available.

Very good outlet mall. Nice layout no back and forth just a simple circle. Lots of good stores include Winners, The Body Shop, Vans Outlet, Nike Outlet, Bath Body Works, Miniso, and Sephora(will open in 2019 Summer). Lots of people shopping there no matter it is a weekday or weekends. You always can find a good deal there. Very well managed food court with lots of restaurants. Gong Cha bubble tea even have a kiosk there. You also can watch movie after your shopping with a Cineplex built into the mall (wish they can add IMAX to this Cineplex). Overall a must-go outlet if you are travelling to Calgary.

Many nice restaurants, a decent food court and it's Still modern, and looks really nice. But it's only a single storey and the shops are huge so it can easily take nearly a half hour to lazily walk from one end to the other and with no parking structure you might spend some time outside walking to your vehicle when it's busy and the parking lot is full. Also not accessible by regular Calgary/Airdrie public transit.

This is one huge mall as i mentioned in past reviews. There are a lot of high end stores here along with common ones like bed bath and beyond, indigo/chapters, the carious common brands in the food court. If you dont need to buy anything, its a great place for a good walk, a movie or a meal.

Have to give them credit for keeping distanced seating available during covid, which is a big help for some of our family members who have limited mobility, and a lot of other malls have completely gotten rid of seating. Also only mall with EV fast charging station which is a big help at times compared to Chinook only having level 2. Crossiron is definitely my go to!

We were surprised by the 70% offers at Fossils. The staff at Fossil was very friendly and helpful. The food court has a wide range of food to choose from. The mall is big and spacious, walking around is a pleasant experience. Since it is big, it may feel like a maze so take note of where you parked your car and the entrance you get in from if this is your first time. Another big plus for tourist is the free WiFi.

It's a pretty standard outlet mall. The layout is a giant pain, but there's a pretty good selection of stores, and lots of parking, so you can usually park near to what you need. Fairly clean and lots of washrooms, but I wish there were more COVID precautions, instead of just delegating that to individual stores

My pick for the best overall shopping mall in Calgary! Quite new with a great selection of stores, a complete food court, cineplex silvercity theatre on site, and great indoor design. Exploring Destinations

This outlet is so amazing and it gives me best shopping experience. Practically, all major well known brand stores are available under one roof. In addition, the structure and interior design is so artistic that it feels more like an entertainment shopping center which is great combination. The food court is huge and ample of seating space available alongwith variety of food options.

Every time I visit my wonderful Calgary friends from California, they always take me to CrossIron Mills and Bass Pro as a mandatory destination. There's nothing like this place anywhere near where I live in rural California, so it's always a real mind blower. Huge selection of stores and goods. Although it's billed as an outlet mall, the prices in many cases did not seem to be much discounted. I will point out that any US shopper such as myself would currently get a 25% currency discount on everything in the place, which is a great perk. I almost bought some great looking cowboy boots but was able to resist. Sad to say, I already have a lot of boots at home. When I've been there in winter, it's fully enclosed and very comfortable for a nice long visit. The entire mall has free WiFi which works well. I posted a screenshot of its performance.

Cross iron mills is an excellent place to get all your shopping done. It comes with many amenities food, theater and arcade. It is jam packed with outlet stores making for a great bargain on any brand name product of choice. There is never a lack of verity, the wings are all named and have wonderful art associated with them. My favorite is the food court, the circle layout and wide veriaty of dishes make it so you can always try something different. Here is where we hit the downside, personally I find it gets just a little too packed, nothing like brushing up on the nearby people, and bathroom cleanliness.

Outlet shopping at its best, a lot of stores, prices aren't bad and ample parking. During the week it is relatively dead, the food court is large but could have more options in my opinion. The mall is a fantastic stop to go during your stay in Calgary, or leaving it. Lots of deals going on with lots of brand names of shops. Some prices can still be a bit steep in prices but that’s not the mall’s fault. The mall is really clean and aesthetically pleasing! Can get pretty busy on weekends!

This is an amazing mall. It’s all on one level which is nice. There are lots of entrances and piles of parking that makes it easily accessible. There are different art zones that are throughout the mall that make it very interesting and lots of seating to relax at. There is a great selection of stores. Nothing is missing. The mall is anchored by the Bass Pro Shop, which in itself is an amazing place. There is a huge food court. The ambiance throughout the mall is wonderful and you don’t mind spending time there. One of the best malls out there.

Do better. You have these rental stollers for $8 and this is what awaits us in the seat. Disgusted. To make matters worse, the container with disinfectant wipes was all but empty. Hire more people, do the right thing. My toddler sat on the bloody Kleenex too. Seriously. Just so wrong.

This is the biggest mall in the area. The line up outside can be quite long when we're doing lockdowns during the pandemic, but now that restrictions are lifted you don't really need to worry about that.

A mall just outside of the city limits of Calgary. It has a variety of outlets, with tons of sales. However, with sales, the mall gets extremely busy. They even have to have security inside the stores, making sure people do not tear through things. The mall has a good court, and it includes Boston Pizza, Fiona Mcools, Milestones, KFC, Subway, Thai Express, Edo, A & W, and more.

Wow and just wow! Whenever we go to Alberta, CrossIron Mills is most likely part of the plan! If you are looking for a great shopping experience, this mall is perfect. Although it is outbound calgary, it is still accessible through bus by airdrie transit. Branded stuff? You go there and get them! Food? They sure have it. The internal design of the mall will give you too a great visual experience! Just wow!

An absolutely huge and grand mall, the walkways are practically endless. The mall has the outlets of some of your favorite designers all over the world. I walked from the entrance, round the mall and window-shopped. I hear it is the largest "groundlevel" shopping mall in the world. Cross-Iron Mills is truly outstanding

Lots of good variety of shops. Almost every store has a clearance section. Was happy with the deals I was getting. The food court here has a good variety. There are restaurants in the mall as well. Overall, I was very happy with my time here. Despite how busy this place is. All the stores staff were extremely nice and helpful. Worth checking out, if you want nice things that are on sale and don't forget to try everything on before you buy as some stores won't issue refunds as it is an outlet mall.

Great mall with something for everyone! Love shopping here - but my advice would be to try and avoid going on the weekend if possible, as traffic to get into the complex can get backed up all the way to the Deerfoot! Plus it's much nicer to shop in an evening when it isn't as busy in the mall.

This was our first time to Calgary and we absolutely loved CrossIron Mills Mall I enjoyed myself and did lots of shopping and even my dad enjoyed himself there's lots of seating for the men to wait for us girls which dad really likes cuz he has two hip replacements!! We really enjoyed the food court and share lots of snacks and goodies it was a great place just to relax in between the shopping. The mall is a really great size and sort of goes in a big circle so you can go all the way around it. My tip to anybody shopping here is get there early to avoid lineups as many of the stores are outlet shops and you will have to line up and wait to get in especially the Nike store and the Disney Store.

Came here for the food court which had lots of good options and a great variety. They are following the exemption program for in the food court so if you plan on eating in the mall be ready with your papers to line up for seating! They did appear to be moving through the line pretty quickly though, so that is an upside.

A co-worker suggested this Outlet mall and it didn't disappoint! i found everything i needed and more in addition to some great customer services at some of the retailers. 10/10 will be going back... maybe even today?

It's a huge shopping outlet that offers some decent discounts compared to most brands' brick-and-mortar stores. One of the main reasons this mall is so famous is that it's located in Calgary, notable for only having a 5% tax on goods. Compared to Ontario's 13%, buying luxury items in this mall, such as brand apparel and expensive watches, could save you considerable money. The food court offers a wide selection of restaurants, and I did manage to find an empty table. The mall itself is enormous. There are tons of clothing stores and shoe shops located throughout and the complimentary Bass Pro shop as is with all outlets. The Alberta prices themselves are high, but with HST taken into account, they do come out cheaper in the end. Overall, it's an excellent outlet that you could spend half a day shopping around for what you want. One complaint I had, which is why I removed a star, was a minimal selection of stores. Almost all shops were focused on apparel, and there was the occasional electronics booth.

Amazing plaza. Has everything one can possibly need. The use of the sign boards to navigate is a pain though. I would advice to use the touch-screen navigation screens scattered around the mall.

This mall is in a weird place. On the side of a massive highway in the middle of nowhere. The mall itself is pretty cool. Tons of stores and things to look at. There is even a bass pro shops there. The entire building is surrounded by parking spaces so it is easy to find close parking to the many entrances. There isn’t a lot to do other than shop though, there aren’t really any entertainment features like west Edmonton mall has. But still worth going there.

We took a day trip to CrossIron Mills. The mall wasn't busy which was a bonus and nice. We went to several stores in all stores the employees were extremely helpful and thoughtful made the shopping go smoothly. We came while they still have the --Boxing Day week Sale--. My son really like the different activities that the mall had to offer. He also enjoyed the decor, the flames, fossils etc. . The sale was quite impressive. Worth coming back more often.

Cross iron mills is a very large, and overwhelming place! I hate malls but this one is overall very good. Recently, my wife had some issues with a couple gift cards. This mall is probably my preferred mall for shopping. It is quite large and spread out. The Bass Pro Shop is large and the food court has a good selection of fast food type restaurants. The facility is well maintained and clean. There are a large variety of stores including outlet shops. The parking tends to be crowded as does the mall. The Cineplex within the mall has an arcade and AVX.

Running errands and having to stop at the mall we decided to stop for lunch. My wife and two kids (aged 2 and 3) where with me. I was refused entry to the food court seating area due to my QR code not working. I am double vax'd and showed proof from the covidrecords.alberta.ca website. Which shows all information of when I was vax'd and with which make. I was still turned away which would be fine enough if I wasn't trying to feed my children. The indignity of it all was I had to feed them sitting on a bench. Mall goer's passing by giving odd looks of disapproval. Shamed and frustrated we left without completing our errands. If someone shows proof in the future especially from the government of Alberta you should let them in.

if i could give zero stars i would but sadly google does not give me that option. this location is beyond horrible, not just this one but all of the McDonalds in airdrie , are the same level of horrible. i don't know how this owner can get all his restaurants to this level of stupid. came to crossiron mcds in drive thru and took forever to take my order, when they finally accomplished that hard task they decided to put red beef patties in my chicken sandwich order. i do not blame the employees as much i blame the shift managers , the restaurant manager , supervisors, and finally the very smart owner/operator. Maybe just do everyone a favor, and instead of serving garbage please just shut down your useless store.

Having lived so close to this mall for so long it’s really become my escape from the city so to speak. There’s a wide variety of stores and the prices rival and are often lower than Market Mall as well as Chinook Mall. It’s been kept incredibly sanitary and overall I’m satisfied with this mall as it really is my favourite in the city.

The aquarium inside the Bass Pro Shop in CrossIron Mills is still there, as always a pleasant sight inside the store while a bit tired shopping inside with arrays of things to see and choose from camping, fishing, hunting, clothes and footwear, this sight is soothing. Very clean place too. Only reason I gave it a 4star is whenever you are to go especially closing time, it's kinda hard to go thru the traffic jam, wish there was traffic guides to help escort cars in orderly manner.

It is a nice mall in a quiet environment compared to other big malls. There are lots of kids friendly areas for kids, play areas, fun zone, some of them are free such as i have found a fun area for kids which they can jump on the "interactive floor". It was amazing. And kids park places for very cheap/ affordable prices for one hour. Not so crowded mall.

Urban planet, Urban Kids, etc best place I swear it doesn't disappoint. The structures,the artwork,the designs are just to amazing so much detail in all of the artwork. This is by far the best mall/ shopping center I've ever been to!
