I have used them to get vehicle keys made several times. Great and excellent service every time. I will be going back soon, we just bought a Jeep, and the key which has a fob head is broken where the key ring hole is. I have no doubt they can make me a new one and program it at a reasonable price. Would I recommend them? Yes I would. Don't go to some big chain store, go to Henry's.

I had door knobs and deadbolts installed by Henry's several years ago. One of the latches stopped working. I could no longer just push the door closed. I had to turn the knob to close the door, otherwise it would get stuck at the strike plate. I called Henry's and they came out the same day, actually within a hour to make the repair at no charge. I asked that the person who was coming to my house wear a mask, it was no problem. Jay came to my house. He was very friendly and professional. In addition he even did me a favor and cut a plumbing pipe in his truck with a special grinding blade. He was so nice. I recommend this company to anyone who needs key and lock service. I was impressed!

Horrible service! Our car lot has been using them for awhile came in today get keys made showed them the titles a copy of my drivers license andnothe proof I was with the dealership and they refused to cut us keys. Just lost a regular customer.

Long story short, stay away from Henry's. Ignorant employee and absolute ripoff. I pass by the shop on South Queen Street quite a bit, so decided to stop in and have keys cut for two vintage locksets that were missing the keys. The guy at the counter barely looked at them, told me its "not worth it", and that I "might as well throw the locks in the garbage". He had no clue what he was looking at and when I told him they were increasingly rare Bargman vintage camper locksets. He shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't care, and he won't cut keys for them. FAIL ONE. I'm pretty sure he probably has no idea what he was doing and was too lazy to find someone who did know. I also needed two car keys cut - and I already had the OEM blanks. He wanted $10 each, just to cut the keys. Not even to purchase the blanks... $20 to cut two keys. FAIL. What a joke. Will never go here again, or recommend to anyone. Later in the day I was griping to a coworker about the service at Henry's, and he told me about Kleppers', which is where I should have gone in the first. The gentleman behind the counter was really interested in the history of the locksets and said he'd try to cut some keys for them. I got a call less than two hours after dropping off the locksets and he had the keys cut and ready to go. Total cost - less than $20 for four keys.

I thought it was highway robbery. Charged $230 to use bolt cutters on 3 small locks around pool. Took less than 5 min. Called Kleppers after the fact for estimate. $85 Have bolt cutters but 78 year old husband not strong enough to cut locks. Next time will get a couple estimates first and not be so trusting of a fair price

My experience with this business FOR MANY years has been nothing but positive until I had the occasion to go there last week. They were NOT IN COMPLIANCE with the PA Secretary of Health's directive for businesses to wear masks. None of the 3 employees that I saw were wearing masks. When I questioned who appeared to be in charge about it, he told me that wearing them made the employees "anxious". In turn, I told him that it made me anxious that they were not wearing them. He replied, I should have told him when I came in because he had a mask and could put it on. WRONG! THIS THINKING IS INCONSIDERATE OF ANY CUSTOMER WHO WALKS THROUGH THE DOOR. "I wear a mask to protect you. You wear a mask to protect me."

Fantastic service! I brought a Porsche key to be copied. Since the key was worn, they recommended I bring the car in to get a clean cut. The car sits in the garage for the winter. We were doing some repairs and upgrades and I decided to pull the ignition and bring it in to get a good cut. About a day later they called and said it was done. There's a lot of conversation I left out due to a lengthy review....but the keys are perfect and the ignition switch looks like new. Smooth as butter. I'm not sure about the other reviews that have nothing to do with the service of this small American business. But my experience was great. If you don't like the service, go elsewhere. Thank you Henry's Key and Lock Service....I'll be coming back!

In the midst of a surge in the pandemic with this great country breaking records for number of deaths from and active cases of Covid 19, NONE of the three employees were wearing masks and/or face shields. Clearly they do not care about the health of their customers or members of their community. It is sad to see such a lack of concern for others. Think twice before entering the confines of this business.
