Len and his team came to the rescue when my 9 year old daughters doorknob broke while she was inside of her room. I had only heard good reviews of the company, but had never needed their services until 8pm on a Sunday. He tried to walk me through fixing it over a video call, but once he determined it needed real fixing his team was to me in no less than 30 minutes to save the day. From there I have utilized his company multiple times. From outdoor cameras, to indoor, and Bluetooth locks on my home… to some home repairs. They are hands down the best.
