Beware, this is the only real Lockbusters of Michigan, there is a fraudulent company piggybacking off of this one under the name Lockbuster's Pro, run by some shady character who is running a locksmith business under several names and evidently in multiple states. This is the guy you want. He's fast, competent, and was willing to go the extra mile to help install our new front door, a service that he doesn't usually offer but he saw that I needed help and gave his all. Lockbuster's Pro, the knockoff, is a scam company who is currently being investigated for identity theft, fraud, credit fraud, and various misdemeanors in the State of Michigan. Anyway I'm a little sore about the scam artist but that has nothing to do with the quality of work I received through Lockbusters of Michigan, so I digress. Anyway I recommend this guy highly and when need be I'll use his services again.

I needed a keyless electronic deadbolt installed and the current lock on my entry door re-keyed. Adam gave me a call quickly to assess my needs. I then scheduled the appointment for a few days after my closing. Adam showed up right on time and even called me beforehand to let me know his ETA. Adam is great! Not only is he a very driven person (as evidenced by how he taught himself all about locks and started his own company), but he provides great customer service. His rates are also very reasonable and fair! We've had him come to our home twice now, once to re-key our locks, and again to make additional keys that were needed and he's always been very responsive, timely, and knowledgeable!

Called him about a different company he explained that the other company was using his name. I was going to cuss out the company I was trying to find but rather I asked for his rate then asked if he sent someone to unlock our vehicle. He explained that it was just him and he didn’t send out anyone but figured that the other company ripped us off and explained that a google certified company had a similar name and was doing that. Really great understanding guy. If you ended up here because of LockBusters Pro this is not the person you had try to rip you off.

Lockbusters is the best! We used them on two occasions at our house. Once while we were renting when our work took us out of state and again when we remodeled the home and the contractors left us with 10 sets of different keys for three doors. Adam is honest, reliable and always goes out of his way to answer any questions we have. He gives suggestions on how to keep your home secure and is very knowledgable. I LOVE Adam. I can't tell people enough how truly awesome he is not only as a professional, but as a person too. I was fortunate to have found him the first time when he rekeyed my Dad's house, but the second time of redoing the same request...he went above and beyond to help me again. Plus as an added bonus he remembered me. If you need someone to help you out, Adam should be your first call. He is straight up, no B.S. and understands life sucks sometimes...so he can work with you solve the problem. What other company cares about people like Lockbusters does? Adam, (owner), answered my call himself, came to my house the same day, (between appts), to pull a stuck key from my door lock, educated me every step of the way while doing a whole bunch of very intricate... lock-fixing things. I later learned that he essentially rebuilt the lock! Done in 20”! Young company, very professional, loves his craft. Super reasonable fee. Give this guy your business!!
