They were incredibly responsive. Called back on a Sunday evening shortly after I called them - I didn't expect to even get a call until Monday. The person I spoke with was intelligent and expressed interest, not cold and in a rush like so many. We arranged a time for a deadbolt install. He was early and waited patiently for me as I was running right on time. The job was done efficiently and for a fair price. The locksmith who came out (RIchard) made sure I understood everything and explained it all before he started. Great job. I've programmed their number in my phone and will use them again. This is a great company to do business with!

I called Bright Lock and they were able to come in a few hours. I had Richard come out to help me with my locks. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I wanted the the Kwikset Kevo smart lock installed. He explained with me the process and also looked at my garage door which had the double cylinder deadbolt which he explained isn't a good idea in case of fires or just having kids.Richard re-keyed all my locks, installed my smart lock, and changed my garage door lock. Richard had me set in maybe an hour. Get service and good prices. I highly recommend Bright Lock and Key!!!!

Richard is a magician and a wonderful human being. Why, you ask? Allow me to explain. First, the backstory: I accidentally locked my keys in the trunk of my rental car. I called roadside assistance through Enterprise, and after three unsuccessful service calls they assured me that if the car was towed to the nearest Hyundai dealership first thing in the morning that Hyundai would be able to program a key and get the trunk open. Well, Enterprise was wrong. Hyundai was not the least bit willing or able to assist me in opening the trunk to my vehicle. The only worthwhile thing they were able to do was snag me the phone number for Bright Lock & Key. 19 hours later, enter Richard. Richard arrived at the hyundai dealership where my car had been towed with a smile on his face and a van full of appropriate tools. He was friendly, professional, and just plain good company. After 19 hours of dealing with the incompetent morons of Enterprise roadside assistance and my local Hyundai dealership, Richard was a breath of fresh air. Richard, unlike the other idiots I had been dealing with, knew exactly how to approach the problem and was actually able to solve it. I will never again call Enterprise roadside assistance, and I will sure as hell never purchase a Hyundai vehicle. But if I ever need a locksmith in the area again, you can rest assured I will be calling Bright Lock and Key.

rich is man to come fix ur truck or what ever you need he got my ranger goin today we had to do a reset on the etire truck it took 15min tops and they are the bust guys for the job I couldn't be more happy. they where so pashent with working with me on my truck if I needed help I could talk to them an I would get some good answers out of them that I needed to fix my ranger and get me back on the road again tanks a million rich

Amazing service! The gentleman that came out (Richard maybe?) was very nice. I had him out for re-keying of existing locks and he even fixed some other things he found wrong with the existing locks and how they were setup. Truly a fantastic all around company…honest, professional, friendly and very reasonably priced. Was able to rekey locks at a rental property the same day. A year later I needed keys made for a vehicle, dealership could not help me because there was no Key Code entered when the vehicle was made. Richard, with much patience, meticulously removed many trim panels to get to a key cylinder, create a key and put everything back just the way it was…thought this was going to cost a lot more than the original quote due to the time that this took, but no…I was told that no matter how long the job takes I will be charged what I am quoted over the phone…WOW! He advised me on the most cost effective option for my situation and was able to offer a better [cheaper] option than what I had initially requested. I accidentally locked my keys in my car and Richard was able to get into my heavily tinted Dodge Charger in just a few minutes (which was not easy to do when you cannot see in through the windows at all). With no damage or scratches to my vehicle. Before he left he gave me advice about my key fob that no longer works, and told me that they could repair it. He also gave me advice about getting reimbursed from my insurance as vehicle lock out is usually covered under roadside assistance, which I was unaware of. 10/10 would recommend. I called at like 12:30 pm and they were out to help in about 2 hours. Really reasonably priced too, cheaper than I thought it was going to be for sure.

Bright lock and key is an honest and competent company. I called them to check the price for extracting a broken key from our lock. The owner talked me through attempting to extract the key myself. As I attempted to do this myself, I had the bright idea that I could get it out by disassembling the lock. Well, I was able to get the key out however, I managed to make a bigger mess of the locking device. So, I called him back with the good and bad news. He kindly came out the next morning and fixed the lock. His prices are very reasonable for his hard work and I would recommend this company.
