Horrible service... don’t waste your time. I had an appointment to change my lock. He was a no show. I called to see if he was running late & left a message but he never called back. I called another company & they came right away & fixed my lock. This company is unreliable so don’t waste your time calling them. They’re not worth giving them your business.

OMG!! Do not call anyone else!! Here's my experience..... I had a guy out to fix my garage door. We changed the code and it wouldn't work so I was stuck outside with only my wallet and no way to get back inside. He called Mr. Locksmith and this ANGEL named Zig Ali arrived and quickly opened my front door without incident. In conversation with him about how I got in this situation he also does garage remote programming! He fixed my remote (with a few issues that he found quick answers to) but wasn't frustrated at all - perfectly calm, cool and collected! I paid him and off he went. Problem solved, right?? Nope..later I noticed my garage door was open..hmm. .swear I closed that...down it went again...went back out again it was open..now I know I closed it...called him back and at 9pm he came out again and spent over an hour working on it trying to work out the issue. We figured out that when we were programming it earlier my neighbor came home and my garage picked up HIS signal so whenever he went out my garage would go up!! He replaced everything and..knock on wood..it's working perfectly. He wasn't willing to leave until he knew I was able to use my garage - spent extra time checking and re-checking it. Brilliant service and a very friendly guy! Wouldn't hesitate to call again..in fact wouldn't call anyone else. Zig Ali you ROCK!!!!
