Terrible experience: the guy supposed to do the job in 40 min, after 2 hours he told me there was something wrong with my car pin code and it's wasn't his fault...so he ask me more money to finish the job that he would had finish the day after... So I told him that as a "professional" service he shouldn't charge me more money, the guy driven by his frustration to not able to do the job, started to rise his voice and walked away feeling offended because I debate his professionality... Bottom line I called Pick Me lock Smith and they did the job in 30 minutes and cheaper...

Book appointment between 9-11. Call at 10.00, they say will be there by 12, we call again at 12, be there in 15mins, we call again at 12.30, they say we will be there in 10mins. just pathetic, no sense of customer service what so ever. Just good at excuses and obiviously overbooking their technicians.

Had a few keys made there which didn't last too long. However, have received a new flip key which after a month had some issues. So old mate came down, replaced the key, lubricated the ignition, made sure the housing was good, all working now. Friendly staff. 8/10 would recommend.

Friendly staff. Had an aftermarket flip key cut - the key was cut fine but they really struggled to get the fob back together. Think I waited about 30 mins - I went home and watched a youtube video and got the fob fixed myself in about 2 mins. Price was very reasonable for the cut.

I went to change the battery for my car keys...on Friday.... The men who was working did not did Good job he works on Friday and when I went back today Monday he was there..... And another girl was working was present.... After changing the battery of my car key he did not fixed, it's well when I reach home my key felt apart went back to ask what he have done.... He clearly denied to accept it was his mistake and was rude and very arrogant....

These guys couldn’t be more helpful. Bought a remote for my car door and could not get it to work due to a fault with my car which made the horn go off continuously once remote was pressed. Out they came to my home within 30 minutes and, after much frustration but total dedication, fixed the problem at no charge. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Rang this place to try to gain access to my daughter's car. The night before was told by RAA guy the ignition barrel of the car was faulty and I needed a locksmith. After several unfruitful calls, I had RAA come out again. This time the problem was resolved after a more thorough diagnosis. I did not find the locksmith service helpful, nor would they indicate how much it may cost. Not much help in the end. Disappointed.

Being a senior citizen and knowing us oldies are a little fussy : ) I have an older model Mercedes, 2003 E 240 I had misplaced my main key and my spare key as it turned out didn’t work, I rang Marion locksmiths and was very pleasantly greeted by Ryan, within two hours he had an amazing very knowledgeable locksmith who, in a very short space of time Cut and programmed me a new key , he was very professional, respectful, and the price for the work was more than reasonable, certainly way less than I expected. I highly recommend all the staff at Marion locksmiths. I will definitely be using them again
