He came as quick as could to my house to help me fix my front door which wasnt locking properly and i needed the locks changing for the front and back door. Which he did it so efficiently. Very disappointed by the provided service by Deniss. Work started in March 2021 and it was left unfinished, although a full payment was made in advance as requested (£165). I have been waiting for my refund since April 2021 and it still hasn't been issued. The service provided by Deniss cost me: £165 for his unfinished work; £185 additional payment to another company to fix and re-do the work, and all the pressure caused by the experience with DN Locksmith LTD. Deniss, I am still waiting for your refund!

Well after being locked out of my home I phoned Dennis and he came out with in half and hour I was so pleased. It took him 5 mins to get into my house with changing or damaging my lock I was extremely pleased I would definitely use Dennis again in the future.
