Ian from 24/7 pro locksmith responded to my quote request on yellow pages within 30 minutes. He telephoned me and also sent a text message. As he was the first to respond to my quote request we decided to engage him for the job. Iam arrived when promised to re-key the locks on our new rental property. In addition to re-keying our locks, he picked replaced a dead-lock; picked a lock on a window and planed our front door so that it would shut properly. He did all of these extra services at no additional cost to us, including the handyman work on our front door! He was professional and took pride in his work. I can't recommend Ian highly enough. Ian was great to deal with. Friendly, professional and very reasonable pricing. I needed all the locks changed in my home and called a few local locksmiths but received snarly attitude from some who were charging an arm and a leg. I chose Ian because of his high google reviews and boy I'm glad I did! He came out the same day, did a quick and clean job and even tweaked a few of the other doors to open/close easier for free! He then took the time out to help me with the plumbing of my dishwasher, awesome guy! I had to call him out a second time and he was just as friendly as the first time. I'm more than happy to pay for quality and a good attitude, Ian was both and cheaper than most. I'd highly recommend him and will continue using him.
