I called the company line because somehow our trailer door automatically locked my partner and I out with our keys inside (we didn't even know it could do that). Luis got the call, asked me to text a photo of the lock and said he would give it a shot. We were in a bad spot, mid-project doing renos in the trailer on a short timeline. It's also difficult to pick those locks. He came pretty much immediately from North Van to Southeast Van and got the lock open. It saved us hundreds of dollars, not having to break a window or drill through the lock and also valuable time on an incredibly tight timeline. The whole deal from making the call to getting the trailer unlocked was only about 40 minutes. It was extraordinary.

Initially it was understood that the service would be for locksmith but it was actually for ignition repair because the car key wouldn't turn and fortunately Luis was able to successfully repair it despite he didn't provide this kind of service that seemed to be very complex. However he did a great job!

We somehow managed to lock ourselves out of the bathroom in the most difficult way possible, but their service person showed up in 10-20 minutes and not only got us inside, but also fixed the doorknob so it wouldn't happen again. Excellent service.

Amazing response time, excellent communication, friendly and professional. It’s an expensive screw up to lock yourself out of the house, but was happy to pay for such incredible service on a rainy Sunday night. Should also mention he was very respectful of covid precautions without being awkward or annoying. Try not to need a locksmith, but if you do, use United Locksmith! Highly recommend!! I was locked out of my apartment unit and called every single Locksmith in the Tri-Cities that claimed to be 24hrs and even those that didn’t. I got locked out at midnight with my two dogs. I waited hour after hour and not one company came after they claimed to dispatched a technician. 5hrs passed as I sat in my lobby until a last attempt, I reached Luis at United Locksmith. Luis showed up in 30mins and had me in my place! He gave me multiple options on rekeying and/or hardware changes. He was kind and professional! If you are ever in a jam and require a Locksmith, I recommend calling United Locksmith!

The tech was nice but the one on the phone was unprofessional. They took like 2 hours to get our 3ton truck open. I was promised they can open a 3ton truck with no problems. We had to assist the tech as his ladder was too short. We were on the clock doing delivery and had a few delays. After all that, the man on the phone wanted full price for the service. There should have been a compensation for what we went thru. Please dont call these guys.

My bike had an external lock which was stuck and no way to take it off. It was Friday night and no one else was available. I called Luiz who asked details and wanted to see some pictures. Upon receiving pictures he came in within 30 mins and remove the lock. Without his service I would stick in a very awkward area. Great service!

After a failed attempt to rekey my lock rendered it inoperable and in need of an urgent fix, United Locksmith were the only the ones that responded and were truly available for an emergency. Luis appeared within 30 mins was very professional, friendly, and generous. Not only did he fix my lock, but he also trained me how to rekey properly and even gave me a tool when the one I had was defective.
