I called one of their dispatcher to do a quote for towing a sedan car from Coquitlam to Maple Ridge and apparently the owner was the one who picked up the call and informed me that the final price would be $80. I agreed upon on that price and after the towing guy arrived with my car, they charged me $200+, which was $130 difference between my quote price and actual price. I’ve heard some good reviews from friends and family, but I never thought they would be so different than what their reputation was. I am very disappointed in trusting this company and I would never recommend this company to anyone, if anything I would suggest them to stay away!

Definitely would not recommend to transport a motorcycle! Almost dropped my motorcycle on delivery. Showed up 45 min late after booking an appointment earlier in the week. Charges me more than was told to me on the phone.

Do yourself a favour and call a tow truck company directly. Save yourself the markup cost and help the drivers and owner/operators get paid properly for their services. This is a service locator model of business. In my specific case, they promised a truck in 30 minutes. The telephone operator interrupted me constantly rather than take the time to understand exactly what my issue was. Because of that, she jumped right to getting into a flat bed truck to offer the more expensive service. I informed her of my time restrictions and she said it would be no problem. The time came and went and I called back. They said they didn't know where the truck was and they would call them. We repeated this process twice when they finally told me that the third party tow service wouldn't be able to make it until after 530PM. That was going to be too late to get my car to the shop so I asked them to reschedule for 830AM. Seems like a lot of time to get it right? Shortly after, the third party tow service called me and apologized for the delay and mix-up and it quickly was made apparent through the conversation that the caller wasn't even contacted by TTN about rescheduling. They had no idea of the arrangement for 830AM. They were very pleasant and accommodating. He indicated he may not be the driver tomorrow morning. I made a mistake here in that I should have called TTN back to double check that they were in fact going to reschedule the truck. I guess I could have been more diligent in making sure they were going to do their job. 830 AM came and went. No trucks on site, so I decided to call TTN. They didn't have any excuse for why the truck wasn't there and promised one ASAP. The driver called while I was on the phone with TTN and said he was 15 minutes away. The driver was prompt, courteous and helpful. He gave me a boost and gave me the option of driving my car to the dealership to get it serviced instead of getting a tow and charging the full rate. He said I should call TTN and tell them that only needed a boost. I then called TTN and they informed me that the boost call out cost was 79$ plus tax. The tow truck service will only get part of that. I don't feel good about that. I'll be calling him direct next time.

What a horrible experience. Was quoted $120 for a car jump. Unprofessional guy shows up with his whole family in the back seat, no face masks. Very rude on the phone, unable to find a simple address downtown. They couldn’t jump the car, no alternative option was given. Met with rudeness regarding payment, asked to e transfer right away and didn’t trust it was sent. Never received any receipt or invoice. Stay far away from this “company”.

I regret not having checked google reviews before using their service. They will charge you more than double of what they quoting you because of: 1. They have HIDDEN FEES BEHIND the rate they quoted and 2. They will bill you FROM THE TIME THEY DISPATCHING the job to the tow truck driver but not the time the tow truck showing up. For me, quoted rate at $139/hr, it was taken 1 hour and 45 minutes from the time tow truck showed up to the time towing completed. Never expecting they will charge $139/hr * 1.75 hr = $243.25 before tax. They charged $542.09 from my credit card though, after doubting the bill, got $37.18 refund finally, I was actually charged $504.91. If you need to use their service, in case you has no any other choice, be careful of the final bill they charging you but NOT count on what they quoted.

do not recommend. said they were gonna be 30 mins and after 90 mins they were a no-show. i kept messaging after an hour but they were not responding. i finally got my car working and tried to get in contact to cancel but they charged full amount. i don’t see how that’s fair as they never even showed up.

Absolute complete liars. It was more than double their advertised rate. Driver showed up an hour later with a ‘friend’ neither of them wore masks, drove all over the road, dumped my car then ran over our garbage and recycling and dragged it down the street. Called the dispatch back to complain and was met with complete disinterest. I’m going out of my way to ensure everyone that this company is not to be trusted

Be careful with this company, on the phone they tell one price and then they charge your card with double, no invoice nothing sent to you. I booked an appointment one day ahead and the person showed one hour an a half later like nothing, but yet I missed the appointment for my car and had to leave at the shop way longer. Their service is not cheap like they advertise, be careful. They do not stand for what they say. Use DRAKE Towing and not because I am affiliated to them in any way, just I had to tow my car again and after the really bad experience I had with this company, I called them, they did showed at the schedule time and charged me with the amount was told and I have an invoice! Guessing if this business is totally legit since charges without giving receipts to their customers

They give you an ETA after that FAR expires , that a driver should have called you several times, they tell you it’s uncertain how long it will be. After that time is far exceeded they tell you their customer service closes at 430 and ask you if you want to wait. For an UNKNOWN amount of time. How this company has received good ratings is beyond me.

This is not a even a actual tow company they r just a booking service that contracts other tow services to provide towing I tried using their service to book appointments for our towing firm and wasn’t pleased told false info on joining them our company was over billed and hit with charges I did not agree to I paid them out and canceled service if u can’t be honest and upfront in these times then I don’t do business with u several other towing company’s I know stated same issues !

My family and I were out of town. We thought we could call around for assistance to get our vehicle boosted before we returned to our vehicle. Unfortunately no other company or provider would help us. Once we scheduled an advanced booking with ttn roadside assistance, the dispatcher also recommended some mechanic shops nearby that we could tow our mini van to after the battery boost. I'd say these guys do great work communicating with customers and setting up the service from start to finish!

My car wouldn’t start all of a sudden so I purchased towing online at towtracknkwbc.ca and paid $138.80 for it. Right after the purchase I found out that there was a repair shop just down the street. I called Tow Truck Now right away to cancel the towing to which they said “sure, no problem, we’ll issue you a refund”. Guess what? Refund never came. I called the number from the website multiple times and the person who picks up the phone says they’re not Tow Truck Now company. They gave me a few different numbers to call but no one ever answers the phone! Their website doesn’t even have an email I could write to. This kind of business practice is not acceptable. I intend to take this to the BC Civil Disputes Court if I don’t hear from the company.

Called ttn and was sent a driver from advance towing who refused to accept anything except cash despite website saying debit and credit were accepted. Charged 90$ despite website saying 65. Driver was later due to dispatcher sending to wrong address and refused to use dollies on back wheel. tow truck now seems to be basically a scam dispatching service and not an independent towing service: the promises on their website are lies.

If you don’t want to be scammed please don’t use this company. I wish I could give negative stars on here They told me it would cost $125 for spare tire change, and we would only have to wait for 45 minutes. The person arrived after 2 hours. He came out with a low grade Canadian tire hex wrench and took 5 seconds to look at my car at said he can’t change the tire and I need to tow it. He then left immediately. I was then charged $200 which was $75 dollars more than they told me and no service was provided. I called another towing company to tow my car to a tire shop because they would not respond to my call after that. The tire shop told me that there is no reason why they can’t change my tires as I have regular lug nuts. TLDR; Charged me $200 for no service at all. Lied to me about the price and about my cars condition. Refuse to refund or provide clarification. Edit: It was under my girlfriends name. We have emailed multiple times including one more time yesterday and still no response at all. Thankfully TD was able to recognize this as a scam and canceled the charge so we got our money back

I called them based on good reviews and am not happy at all with the service. First of all there was a mix up and they had to dispatch another truck. Second if you have a lowered car then prepare for the driver to just force the arms under your car causing damage. Third the driver tried to charge me more then I was quoted by two separate people. A piece actually came of the underside of my car and now the front bumper is loose. The driver does not pay attention or care about your car. He was on the phone the whole time. I would not recommend them!!

Called for a tow and driver showed up on time but said he could patch up my tire on the spot. Was asked to pay him up front. Company still turned around and charged me on top of what I had already paid for the service to the driver. When I called to inquire I was told it was a mistake that would be rectified (ie. the driver should never charge on the spot). However, once they got back to me, I ended up paying twice for a tire patch (once to the driver & once to this company) on top of the call out fee - directly contradicting what I was told on the phone an hour earlier. In total, I was charged $180 for a tire patch. I was also promised a discount of 10% as I was a first time customer but then later told it only would have applied if I got a tow. Service was friendly but would have appreciated some more transparency on all the fees.

This service is a joke, i had requested a tow truck in whistler and was told 30-45 mins. After waiting 2.5 hours i decided it would be best to get a hotel and deal with it the next day. Not only were they a no show but still charged me and basically said it’s my fault for cancelling. Funny thing is the tow truck that helped me the next morning told me that this companies driver requested them to tow the tow truck out of the ditch and that was likely the delay! After week of trying to get through and waiting for their office to call me like I was advised I can no longer get through and some numbers are disconnected.

Blew out my back tires while ripping down highway 1 last week. As frustrated as i was by the situation these guy bailed me out and got me back on my journey in no time! I was on a trip with my family. We stopped at one gas station for a short break and I forget to take my keys with me. When we finished our lunch, I tried to open a car door and I realized what happened. The workers gave us the number of the tow service near that place and they arrived in less than 15 minutes. It was a piece of cake for the worker to open the door and they charged me under 10 bucks. I'm feeling like this towing service is always near me on the roads. I would recommend them to anyone.

DON'T TRUST THE PRICE THAT THEY GIVE YOU. They told me the service (towing my vehicle 80km) would cost $300. Only to be charged over double - $620 - with no invoice provided, no details of this extra cost, and no communication from them of this extra cost. Upon emailing them for extra information, they sent me an invoice which just said the cost was 620$ and I was still not given any extra information as to what these extra costs could have been that somehow equaled to over double the price. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Find a different company that is upfront and honest about their prices.

Who ever was on the phone during this time 9PM, August 17, 2020 was completely unprofessional. I couldn't understand the guy because of his accent and was very impatient and I had to tell him to slow down. When I asked him about the 12% fuel charge and how much that would cost for the KM mentioned. He said I couldn't help you and hung up. COMPLETELY RUDE! I don't recommend this service.
