The keys to our vehicle along with a spare key to an additional vehicle were stolen. Thieves came to our house and stole another vehicle of ours, (they had the key).After calling Monroe Lock and Safe and getting a ridiculous price quote-along with the feeling they were going to charge more; I called the Local Locksmith, his pricing was substantially lower, and he also was at our house within 40 minutes. He was very informational. He deleted the other keys from the key chip so that the thieves could not come back and steal that car also. It was refreshing to have a true customer representative and real person that was sympathetic and understanding to our situation. Service was quick and I would recommend this company to everyone I know.

After calling a few places and getting quotes I had safe feelings that this company wasn't going to take advantage of me late at night. I then asked if I already had a "Smart" lock that required a code that needed to be installed would be be interested in installing that and he came back the next day and installed that for me and made sure before he left that I didn't have any issues/problems with it even though he wasn't the one who originally purchased the deadbolt lock.
