I had a great experience at Saylor Hardware today. A different local locksmith recommend I take my motorcycle key to this location. She was right. Both keys for my Suzuki bike came out perfectly. I had two keys cut in Belleville a few weeks ago and they both catch a bit. On top of their excellent craftmanship they were also very friendly and courteous. I wasn't making big purchase, the two keys cost $8, but he still treated me as an important customer. Something many businesses could benefit from these days.

Fantastic, friendly service; I didn't know they existed until they were mentioned by the staff at Canada Post when I asked to get a copy of my mailbox key. Not only were my mailbox and house keys copied perfectly by Saylor Hardware, they're much better than the originals! I will definitely return in the future to make some "master copies" of my keys which are better than the ones I'm currently using.
