John did an outstanding job installing three deadbolts in my residence after someone broke into my house. One door had interior wood pieces used to fill the bolt hole where an old deadbolt had previously been installed and removed, and he was able to cut some wood he had in his truck to fill it in. He also moved the striker plate for an existing doorknob lock so that a credit card couldn't be used to open it (probably how the burglar was able to get in). Don't bother calling other locksmiths on Angie's List. They'll quote you hundreds more and not be able to deal with unforeseen problems. Call this guy.

I highly recommend this locksmith!! On 2 separate occasions, they went above and beyond to accommodate me for repairs on the locks in the doors of my 1973 Dodge Charger SE. First it was the drivers side, to which they came out and rescued me in bitter cold weather. The second time was yesterday when the man meticulously took the time to repair my passenger side door lock mechanism which had been broken for 13 years. On both occasions, they were courteous, friendly, and diligent while completing what was a very delicate repair on my classic car. I am more than pleased with the care that was taken of my car, and with the exceptional treatment of me as a customer by the staff. Prices were affordable, and well worth it! Call these guys first!

This company sent out a mobile rep/tech to program a "chip key" for my car. He had ZERO experience! He plugged his computer into my car, declared that there was no problem, charged $100.00, and left, all within 15 minutes WITHOUT starting my car. I'll file a complaint with BBB.

Brought my 06 Honda accord because i was having problems turning my key in the ignition here and there, they told me try and get it to turn one more time and bring it down so they could repair it, got it there they repaired it in about a hour and i was on my way with no problems. excellent service and great people! highly recommended!

Excellent service. Had a problem with my key getting stuck in the ignition of my Honda Accord. Went to another locksmith shop originally which told me I would have to leave my car for several hours at a cost of $395. B&J listened to my same description of the problem and told me it was most likely a worn key, not the ignition. Cut a replacement key for $60 and I was out of there in 20 minutes. Enough said.
