Awful service. They gave an original time frame of 2-3 weeks and then had the gall to be rude on the phone and tell me that the time frame has always, for the last two years, been 4-6 weeks. Well maybe you forgot that you sent an email with the original time estimate. There are many locksmiths and key services in Toronto. Stay away from this one, there is no need to support a business that does not care for accuracy or customer service. If they hate their business so much that they are apathetic to all proper business practices then maybe they should just call it quits and do something else. Make room for people who are enthusiastic and want to succeed and do well in this world and for our society. Just FYI, this hold up that they have created and failed to properly inform me of is causing strain for those to whom I have given an estimate and who now have to wait an inexplicable extra 3 weeks. If at least someone would have informed me honestly of a mistake on the part of the original estimate or the delay then I could have understood as these are not easy times. What a shame.

Good service overall however some drawbacks to be aware of. The Good: - very responsive and on time to appointment - high quality workmanship - Friendly staff The Bad: - parts supplied by Custom Door & Lock Service are very expensive (about 3X Home Depot). Shop around for hardware if you want to avoid surprises on your invoice.
