No reservations about recommending this company. I called them after my deadbolt malfunctioned, leaving me locked out of the house with the keys in hand. They dispatched me a technician within 45 minutes of receiving my call. Service was very professional and courteous. Although it took a while to drill out the deadbolt, the technician didn't rush the job, taking the time to make sure the new lock worked properly. He even came back to fix the damage to the door so everything looks good as new. Very reasonable price for emergency service.

Ordered a product that they did not have in stock. The wait time was much longer than expected, and communication on their end was subpar. I asked for confirmation that it was ordered via email, to which I didn't receive a response. After making a call days later, they did not know if someone had ordered for me or not. I requested them to find out and call me back to confirm. Nobody called. When my order arrived, nobody let me know, again, I needed to call and ask. Step up your communication skills if you don't have an item in stock. I also inquired about another product through email, if I had received a response it's likely you'd have received some more money from me.

Had a couple of deadbolts re-keyed and was treated with friendly, speedy service at a reasonable price. My only issue was finding the place - Google Maps their storefront off Park Street when it is actually on the corner of Arcola and 12th Ave.

We used Somerville to provide and install all new hardware/locks for the doors in our office building. Robert identified a problem with the hardware that was sent out. He bent over backwards to make it right and Tanner backed that up. We are so impressed with the top-notch customer service as well as the excellent workmanship. Can't say enough about Somerville Safe & Lock and would definitely recommend them.

Couldn't lock the deadbolt on the front door. Phoned just after 9:00 am, asked for an afternoon appointment. Preston was here just after 1:00 pm. Fixed the deadbolt, cut new keys then fixed to door so it would close properly.

Tried organizing with them over the phone for my dad to come pick up a safe that my parents had previously looked at (my dad is hard of hearing so I called ahead for him). They were very unwilling to help. Asked if they could put the safe on a pallet so my parents would be able to unload it, they said not possible, asked if they could take off the door (which when taking a look at they were told it could be done for ease of transportation) again denied the request. We will just take our business elsewhere since your clearly don't want us as customers.
