Luc Lemay from LockPro Security was great. I had a bit of an odd request and needed to find Dogging Keys for the push bar doors we have at work. Luc was able to arrive early and checked with us first. He worked very quickly and saved us money by being able to use multiple keys we already had in our possession from the new deadbolts, so only rekeying couple locks needed to be done. Last night I locked myself and my boyfriend out of our apartment (looooong story). It was -25 and neither of us were exactly in the mood or position to try and jimmy a window open to try and crawl back in. Luc performed a fantastic job with replacing 20+ locks for us. In addition, he went above and beyond in successfully servicing our European lock on a custom manufactured gate, saving us thousands of dollars. All previous locksmith consultations (over 2-year period) resulted in a quote for a complete lock replacement, which would end up to be a very complicated and expensive procedure. Luc is a true professional and takes pride in everything he does. We definitely will use LockPro Security in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
