It took 2 weeks to get a service appointment at my residence. They promissed they would come and do the job on a Thursday. They asked me to take pictures of the doors and locks to be installed. I send them the pictures and asked them for a quote which they confirmed sending it that same day. I never got that quote, they never followed up, called me back and never canceled the appointment. They are very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
