Such great service! Shane was timely, professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Was able to get us into our vehicle within minutes after others had tried and failed. Shane was also able to create a new fob for us on the spot at half the cost a dealer would have charged. Had a key stuck in a lock. I tried for 15 minutes to get it out myself (I am usually pretty handy) but couldn't get it. Called Shane and he showed up promptly and pulled it out easily (making me feel a bit dumb, but that's how it goes) and then didn't even charge me anything. Shane is absolutely fantastic! My husband lost the key for his 2017 Nissan and I immediately started looking up replacement. With all the 'bells and whistles' with this remote, I was sure we were doomed! Shane assured me he could replace it and was at our house in 25 minutes. Very fast and friendly service, would highly recommend! New remote works perfectly, and if we are ever able to locate the elusive missing fob, Shane assured us that he could re-program the old one so we will have two sets. He also drove back the SAME night when after a grocery run we received a dash notification 'fob battery low' and he replaced the battery! We are so thankful to have found a trustworthy company! Would definitely use again (but I hope this doesn't happen to us again)

I gave Shane a call to get some new keys for my 2003 Lexus. A lot of dealerships I called prior to him were unable to work with the specific model I have. He showed up straight away, in just fifteen minutes! And was able to help quickly and efficiently. He's very friendly and has fair prices. He was an excellent find and my family and I will definitely go to him again! He also was able to program a fob for me. My car can be tricky to deal with but he solved every problem that came up. Absolutely fantastic service. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
