Great, quick friendly service. I have used Kyle three times in the recent past. I had him assist with my vehicle ignition when the tumbler on my Honda quit working, and more recently when I locked myself out of my new home twice in one week, once late on a Friday. Kyle Showed up quickly and had us in our house and away from the mosquitoes in less than 3 minutes. Thanks again Kyle!

After asking for a quote, I politely declined in favour of another company. Kyle harrassed me for days later via message saying he was cheapest. He was the same price as Regina lock and key that I decided to go with. I was happy with my choice. Regkna lock and key was Very professional, courteous, on time, changed my 2 home locks with 4 keys in under 20mins. Even after I had the work done, Kyle sent me more messages saying he hoped I liked my more expensive service... but it was the same price. ????‍♂️

Don't believe the fake 1-star reviews. He's been around for a long time and been getting 5-stars the whole time. There's some spiteful people out there, give him a call and help counteract this online attack.

I’d like to give this company a good review-but they never gave me the opportunity. I called 3 times for after hours service- 6pm. The first 2 phone calls were answered and immediately hung up on me with out saying anything. I waited 20 minutes before calling again-this time someone answered, and yelled call me later and hung up. Fortunately a competitor answered on the first call and provided me great service. Would not recommend Kyles based on this experience.

He was three hours later than he said he would be and didn't think to let me know the timeline had changed. It was probably the worst service experience I've ever had but in the end he did get me into my house so I have to be grateful for that.

Came out to the car and noted a call out fee. No guarantee if his machine does not work, which it did not in my situation, he will ding you for that fee still which by the way was 100 dollars. Might be best to just pay the tow to have the dealership look at it. Post edit: You assured me it would be fine over text and that everything would be good. This 1-star rating is because you did assure me success and since you maintain a high rating on here that should have reflected the quality of work we received. Would you rather for me to not say anything even though this could very well happen again and someone?

Kyle is the greatest locksmith I have ever known in Regina. My nephew got locked in the room and he hurriedly came to my place to get him out. He did the job perfectly and nothing was damaged. I called all the other locksmith and nobody cared and said to just call 911 or kick the door. This guy cares a lot and prioritize when you are in great need. The price he charge is very reasonable. I have saved his number and whenever there’s an emergency he will be the first person that I will ask for help. Don’t even bother calling the other locksmith in Regina they will just make you wait for hours and hours., thank you again Kyle for the service especially in times of emergencies., ME and my family appreciates all your help. 10stars for this guy
