Extremely unprofessional. I called he didnt answer and then texted me asking If i called.. no call back with who he was or his company and then continued to text and ask what I needed, so i told him and he wanted pictures. I shouldn't have to send pictures or text ( if i had called from our house phone we would not have received his text ) a lock Smith to come out and fix a simple deadbolt. I do not reccomend in anyway. Hes clearly not completely equipped to do his job and is incompetent.

He answered the phone right away and came to my house in a reasonable time (40 mins). I was in my house within 15 mins of him arriving. I believe he's the only locksmith in Regina that's a 24 hours service. Thanks again!
