Tom had our door lock replaced. The door itself is 50 years at least and we wanted to keep it. Turned into a bigger job with getting the wood structure fixed, which he did on site. Old style Master craftsman, kudos!

Do not call this guy in an emergency. I called him after a break in first thing Friday, was told "I might be able to help you next week". When Monday came I pleaded with him and he says "I won't be able to help you now until the end of the week". Asks me to send pictures and doesn't even respond.
