Hands down THE best place to call when your girlfriend locks her keys in her car. They came right away and saved us hundreds in repairs that would have occured if I had let her bust the windows open. Took 5 seconds and the locks popped. Very thankful for them.

We were new to Perth and managed to lock ourselves out of the home, Todd was there in minutes, literally minutes on Thanksgiving weekend no less. Given it was a new address with all different locks and only one key left by the sellers we decided to replace and upgrade all of the locks. Todd was able to outfit our needs, in the timing wished for and with the utmost respect of any interruption it may have caused. Todd is one of the most polite contractors I have ever met, our decision to replace the locks, an old heavy super thick door needed some custom outfitting, he was able to address it very nicely. Todd was phenomenal. We are on an island in Sharbot Lake, and we got locked out of our bunky when the deadbolt malfunctioned - just before Thanksgiving weekend with guests on the way. He was unable to come out, so he walked us through step by step how to get the European lock open. We had him on speaker phone and were texting photos every step. He was patient, knowledgeable, and so helpful to a couple of people who had never before tried to defeat a deadbolt! Absolutely stellar. We got in, and the door was intact! We would highly recommend him. He really went the extra mile to assist us.

I required a locksmith on very short notice, Todd was able to attend within 15 - 20 minutes of receiving my call. After meeting him and obtaining a very reasonable quote, I requested his services for the remaining doors on our house. Despite our front entrance having a 100+ year old custom door that presented more than a few challenges, Todd's hard work restored the door, avoiding a significant expense of replacing the door altogether. The job required clamps, glue, saws, etc. and yet he did not leave so much as spec of sawdust by any of the entrances. Todd offered solutions in order to avoid further expenses, was able to order the necessary custom kit promptly, was extremely polite and professional, and even brought dog treats for our pup! I would highly recommend Lighthouse Security Systems!

I was locked out of my bedroom a few days ago, after retuning home from a concert in Ottawa. We got home after midnight to discover that the key to my bedroom door was no longer on the keychain and the spare key was locked in the bedroom. We tried everything possible to get into the room but was unsuccessful. I decided to call Todd, it was just about 1:00AM. I was calling to leave a message to let him know that I would need his services early in the morning. To my great surprise he answered the phone and said he would be over in 15 minutes. By 1:45 AM I was back in my room and Todd was leaving my home. Out camping with the family at Murphy’s Point, I accidentally broke off the key for my bike rack in its lock. I called Perth Lock and Key in a panic because I had three bikes to get back to Burlington and a non-functioning bike rack. The gentleman there took care of the problem quickly - it was about a 15 minute drive into Perth - and gave me some tourist info as well, best beaches, things to see, etc. A very professional and kind man, who will definitely receive more of my business in the future should I need it.

I called as we had purchased a new front door handle and deadbolt. My husband and I could not figure out how to install the deadbolt so I called Lighthouse to see if they could do the install. Todd attempted to explain to me how to install it but unfortunately in explaining to my husband I missed an important step. I called Todd back and he said he could drop by at 5. Sure enough, right at 5:00 Todd showed up and installed the deadbolt, which btw looks perfect plus he rekeyed the back and garage doors so we only need one key.
