I locked myself out of the house last night and when I couldn't reach my critter-sitter with my spare key, I called Crown. He could not have been nicer and was very upfront about cost and said he was sorry - it would be about 20 minutes. (Which seemed very fast to me!) About 10 minutes later, my critter-sitter called me back and was on her way. I called back and apologized for disturbing his evening and he seemed genuinely happy I had a way in; Later on he texted me to make sure I got in okay. I have no idea if he's a good locksmith, but he sure seems like a good person. I hope I don't need to call him again, but should the need arise - I won't hesitate!

Philip arrived within minutes of me calling due to an accidental lock out from my home. He was friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done within seconds. It was great to have a trustworthy locksmith help in this type of situation, as there are many scammers out there! Do your research! Philip charged a fair price and got the job done without any damages on our door/lock. If I’m ever in need of a locksmith I will surely be calling him back or referring to a friend! Responded within 20 minutes and sent a tracker text so I could see where he was. His pricing is in line with the national average. He was professional, polite and informative; zero complaints for the first (and hopefully only) time I needed a locksmith, other than locking myself out!
