My wife and I needed the lock set on our front door re-keyed after we took possession of our new home. I tried calling a couple of Locksmiths, and Active Lock & Safe actually answered. I had planned on replacing all of the other locks myself, but we wanted to keep the lock set on the front door because it is really nice. From the time I first called until Rob had finished the job, a total of just 4 hours passed. I don't think that is typical as he happened to be in the area doing another job, but impressive none-the-less. Oh, and they actually SAVED me over $200 because he was able to simply re-key ALL of the locks for cheaper than replacing them all myself with new ones...and even better, one key opens them all. We are very happy with this company, and highly recommend them to anyone.
