Trumax's employee was punctual, courteous and, most important, successful in opening my locked filing cabinet and later having replacement keys made. The price quoted was reasonable for the amount of time involved and the final price didn't change from the estimate. My only comment was that Covid-19 safety protocols weren't discussed (but nor did I ask) and the employee's face mask was only in place for the first few minutes of the hour of his visit, mostly lying around the neck. I would recommend their service!

I've worked with Trumax for home security lock hardware twice and they are always incredible to work with! High quality of work. Ken noticed my deadbolt wasn't latching cleanly, and did a quick repair on that too... even though he was just there to install a new deadbolt! Insisted on cleaning up afterwards, so left the area spotless after a fast and efficient install. I highly recommend them... It's tough to find people you can really trust, that also have this high quality of work... these guys are the full package. A+
