Myself and 5 friends had one of the most pleasant experiences with Premium Lock Service. By the time we made a call to Mac, we had already spoken to a handful of locksmiths who were unable to assist. We even had someone (another business) respond to the call, but left quickly after realizing he couldn't help us. Mac was quick to answer the phone, despite our request coming at an early hour in the day. From the moment he answered the phone we knew he was going to turn the unpleasant experience of losing a key, into a better situation. He was optimistic, resourceful, patient and very kind-all the ideal traits of a small business owner. We could not have asked for better service. I will be keeping his business card in my wallet.
