Was calling around town for quotes for re-keying locks - simple enough? Unfortunately the person that answered the phone could not provide a quote, but instead asked if her locksmith could call me back later. Unfortunately, my schedule makes this impossible. No harm; no foul. However, this news seemed to very much upset the girl on the phone, who proceeded to lecture me about how that is how "all locksmith businesses work" (never mind that I had already received 3 other quotes easily and professionally). She ended the call with "I don't know how you expect service" and then hung up on me. No idea about how good their technicians are. Sucks about their assistant answering phones, though.
