I’ve had to use locksmiths an embarrassingly frequent number of times lately since the battery in my key fob is dying. Pop-A-Lock has twice delivered on fast, professional service, and at an upfront price significantly lower than competitors. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A life saver. I had lasik done this day, but before I could go into eye surgery, I needed to move my car. Went to reach for my keys, when it hit me, I left my purse in the car. Had used popalock before and after giving them a call. He was there within 30 minutes. Turns out he had lasik here also. Lol!

Save yourself the trouble and find a better locksmithing company... The owner of this company has requested that I provide a receipt or a date of service rendered. After providing an awful experience due to operating your business improperly resulting in this negative review, you expect me to tender proof of my poor experience? Instead, why don't you ensure that your business is operating up to standard, ensure that you are being trained to actually complete the work that you advertise you can complete, and maybe if you work hard enough, you can ensure a good experience instead of destroying people's locks and life's... I don't work for you, and you will never work for me again. If you want a good review, you have got to earn it!

I lost the only key to my motorcycle (ugh)! Called Pop-A -Lock and was connected with Leo. Leo was awesome! He was able to figure out the key code without too much trouble. He went well out of his way to help me and spent a considerable amount of time making sure my keys worked perfectly. He was very friendly and knew his craft. Now the irony. After spending months looking for my original key, I found it one week after I had Pop-A-Lock out to help me. Oh Well!

Excellent service and good price for car lockouts. Called Sound Lock&Key first but they were too far from Kirkland so they recommended pop a lock. So glad they did! I only had to wait for 20 minutes before Tony showed up. He was very friendly and super helpful, unlocked my car within 60 seconds. The phone receptionist was cheerful too. He was humming while helping me over the phone ???? The price they charge is a lot more affordable than the other places I’ve called.

3 years ago I called these guys because I thought needed their services, but they were actually able to help me figure it out over the phone without paying them a dime. (How is that for putting the customer first?) So this week when I lost the door key to my 1995 Ford pickup truck, I called them and they quickly made arrangements to get a door key made so I could lock my truck. Jeff was very responsive and made the appointment for me. Leo showed up exactly on time and he quickly did the work and created two door keys for me. They charged me exactly what they quoted me over the phone. I don't know how you could have a better experience to be honest. Can I leave six stars?

Leo was phenomemal! I'm a Windermere agent and a key got locked inside a house and we needed to get inside immediately. Not only was he there exactly when he said he would be there (which was right away), his prices beat all of the other locksmiths. The lock was a difficult very high end style. He was able to access the house quickly. He was professional and even gave us 3 new keys included in the deal. I would highly recommend him and will use him anytime I need assistance in the future.

Pop-A-Lock of Seattle gives outstanding service. They quickly responded to our urgent need to fix a broken lock on the door to the garage. Leo did a thorough, professional job and saved us money by determining he didn't need to replace the whole mechanism. They also do not do the "bait and switch" game that many other supposedly cheaper locksmiths do. They charge fair prices and stick by their commitments. I wholeheartedly recommend them and am planning on using them for any future locksmith needs.

Wow, to say this service was amazing is an understatement. I locked myself out of my unit and needed help, last night around 9pm. My neighbors let me call from their phone. Dispatcher told me the flat fee total (the absolute total), and gave me an eta of 30 minutes. Jeffrey arrived promptly, and popped that darned lock, charged my card on his phone, immediately got a receipt via email, done! Very efficient, very pleasant. What a relief. They even do car keys! As frustrating as locking yourself out and needing to spend money to get back in is, at least using pop-a-lock didn't fray what was left of my nerves. Thank you!!

Reasonable rates, fast and good at what they do. Others quoted we one rate then changed it to double as they were dispatching their service person. Pop-A-Lock gave me honest work for a a lower price than the others could do it for. Don’t pay for companies with national coverage when you only need local service.

Pop-A-Lock Locksmith has the best services in town. They were quick and much more affordable than other locksmiths I've had. I needed to get my car door unlocked and these guys (Justin) showed up quickly and had me back in my car in no time at an affordable cost. I was impressed with how quick and professional Justin was.
