Talk about above and beyond, ... I'm not sure if it's COVID but the new customer service norm has proven to be rather disappointing as of late with the major exception of Petrick Lock and Safe. Anya was absolutely gracious and informative and in the end, replaced the lock that she had so kindly walked me through replacing but that ended up needing a professionals touch. I''d be surprised if there was a lock that she couldn't fix! Take high caliber service and pair it with incredibly affordable workmanship and I won't hesitate to return or recommend them!!!
