2 weeks after having a crap experience of trying to get back in my house when locked out in the cold and I still don't have a functioning deadbolt.. everytime I call Odell gives me the run around and has to schedule atleast two days out from my phone call putting us closer to another week going by.. hes been here once to change it already too and said the deadbolt was defective and he didn't have another onhand.. super frustrating and not the kind of service I was expecting by a place I was recommended to by more then one person. It took over an hour to get in our house the first night too.

I locked myself out of my car on base. It was 1030 in the morning. I was given their number from the towing company. They responded very quickly and opened my door. We had a bit a hiccup, but they fixed it right away. Great service!

Been using them for all our emergency needs when we have a problem lock for years. They even completely re-keyed our whole building when we had to, and charged us criminally low prices haha. Steve has come over many times and helped us free of charge. Always know we can count on them. They are stand up guys that have an honest attitude. Even if you may have an issue with something, they are quick to resolve it professionally.

Over all experience was alright, took about 45 minutes to get to my apartment which is in town. Very expensive for what was done, 75 dollars for a 1 minute job in which could have been done with a credit card and still a 75 dollar charge. The worker was friendly and nice though. So over all just the pricing is ridiculous, meaning the price should actually reflect what work was actually done!

We drove 5 hours to go camping. Kids ( i have 6 with me) locked my purse and keys in the car. I called him at 730am and said we were having a really rough trip so far (other things were happening too) I was tired and stressed, I needed coffee and my car unlocked. I'm basically about to have a melt down. He showed up within an hour with a mocha in hand. He unlocked my car and turned my whole day around. You dont get better than that!

Imagine paying $75 for a locksmith to attempt unlock your car and not work. Husband had to use his tools to do it himself in a matter of a minute and then was charged $75 for doing it himself. Waste of a service that couldn’t even be completed confidently.

Made the call at 8:47pm and he came by pretty quickly. However it's now 10:47 and he just left. Couldn't unlock a door... took 2 hours. 1 hour to try unlocking it. The other hour was wasted when he drilled it and couldn't get it to open. My next door neighbor came out and had to drill it out completely and pretty much got it to open before the locksmith was able to turn it.

Called ahead to see if they program Subaru keys. Was told they did as long as it was just the key and not the key/fob combo. Walked in five minutes prior to closing about a week later. I knew they closed in five minutes and was just hoping to work out a good time to get it done. I was told they don't program Subaru keys. I mentioned my previous conversation and all of a sudden he must've remembered that they do program just the keys. So with an attitude like I was ruining his day he turns around to get the schedule binder. I guess it is too much to ask to schedule an appointment in the last 5 minutes during business hours. We schedule a time for the next day and he tells me it'll be $90 for the program. Mind you, I don't know how much key programing costs, this is the first place I have gone. (Spoiler Alert: It's the only local place in Oak Harbor) I said "Wow 90 dollars?" He responded with "Yup, and we are going to be on the lower end there as well." I'm not sure where he is comparing it to, because a five minute call to Burlington (a couple towns over) revealed that they do the same service for $35. So I was lied to twice while I was there by a guy who has the audacity to wear the Anchor of a Navy Chief on his ball cap the entire time he is feeding me this BS. If you need emergency service you probably have no choice. In a non-emergency situation, go anywhere else.
