Horrible customer service. I called Arrow Lock Services and was helped immediately. Ironic that the last person that gave a 1-star review said the same thing. EDIT Review - Dec 14th, 2020 - As per your "NOTE." You're right, I don't live in Bellingham anymore. That doesn't mean that I don't have storage in Bellingham where I needed assistance. Please don't assume someone has to be living in a city to have assets in that city or assume that my review is fraudulent because I don't live in B'ham any longer. It might serve you better to figure out why your company continues to get 1-star reviews than worrying about where someone lives and leaves reviews. As far as me "not being from around here" .... would you like for me to send my WWU transcripts to your company for further review? I am very much "from around here."

You should be very concerned with the way your staff speaks to customers. But based on the almost antagonist response you had to my review, I'm guessing that you likely speak as rudely to your customers as your staff.

My aunt had a horrible experience with this keysmith. My cousin had requested for a remote controlled key with computer programming for his Toyota Camry or Corolla, but when my aunt went to pickup the key it was only a direct access key. Not knowing what kind of key my cousin had requested my aunt paid for it and took it home. When she tried to return it because it was a wrong order, the rep and the owner tried to put the blame on them (my cousin and my aunt) suggesting that they asked for the direct access key instead, and hence declined the return. The rep and the owner didn't have the courtesy to accept that they made a mistake on their end and instead tried to dump the blame on my family, my family had to pay another vendor to fix this screw up which has costed them more than the original order should've been!

Broke my car key in the door. My key was bent and snapped in half, a really tough scenario for a locksmith. Accurate locks incredibly nice staff took on the challenge and got me a key that works. I highly recommend coming here for help

Bought a used VW car with one key. I needed a spare key just in case. The dealer asked approximately $300 (including taxes). Called around local locksmith businesses, no one would take my own uncut remote-controlled key and make me a copy. This was the only place where they didn't require to buy a key from them ONLY (which would take few weeks to order); they just took the remote-key I bought online for $19.90 for my car and in 20 minutes made me a copy for $59.79. I saved about $220! Thank you.

This place can copy motorcycle keys too. Brought my key in and was fairly bent. It looks like they make the keys by eye and was in and was out in ~10 minutes. Had to go back and forth in that 10 minutes because my key was in bad shape but were able to get a set working. And they keys were <$5 each.

Horrible customer service. I called to ask for assistance with my wife’s vehicle as it was parked 3 minutes from their shop. The key would not go into the ignition. When I called in, I was informed by Justin, it could be the key or the ignition and informed me to drop the key off. He indicated he could possibly determine from the key if that was the problem, if not he would send someone later today to look at the ignition. I had my wife attempt to drop the key off but Justin would not take the key and said she would have to go somewhere else. He informed her it would be too much work to research and determine what the problem was. I thought that was what locksmiths do when a key doesn’t work. Aren’t they supposed to be the experts, who charge you to determine what the problem is and then fix it? I recommend Arrow Lock they are so much more customer friendly. Not to mention they do not consider it too much work and research to solve you lock/key problems.

Wow, cannot believe the horrible customer service from this company. Just blatantly rude. Will take my business elsewhere. In reading other reviews it seems horrible customer service is a staple of this company. Also instead of trying to work out issues the owner is clearly argumentative and combative. Go to Arrow Lock or Security Solutions. Save yourself the time in dealing with this company.

Accurate lock is far and away the most competent and professional locksmith in Bellingham. There keys always work, their staff is knowledgable and they charge fair prices for superior craftsmanship. If they can't do it, no one can. Highly recommended.

Unbelievably bad customer service. Avoid this business at all costs! Use Arrow Lock instead. Arrow is kind, courteous and professional. The person at "accurate" answering the phone had an incredibly rude and unprofessional demeanor and was very defensive and argumentative. I own a small business and called to inquire if he could help us access an accidentally locked door in our offices and he absolutely refused to tell me how much it would cost to have them come out. "Well, we can't do it right now, why do you need to know?" WHAT? I simply needed to compare prices so if we needed their help the next day, or later in the week if we could not fix it ourselves, we would have the information. Wow. Glad we never had to use this service! I will be so amused if they respond defensively to this review, as they have to all the other negative reviews. If, so, case in point! :) Notice they do not take responsibility in their responses but blame the customer. Do you really want to give that kind of business your money?

Called for a question/quote and the guy i talked to was just rude. Talked to me like I didn't know anything. And said he won't do the job i asked . Called another lock Smith in bham and they gave me a honest quote and had great customer support and had no problem with the job. Deffinatley not going to ever call accurate lock for anything again!

NOW THATS WHAT I CALL SERVICE!!! I called and within just a couple minutes we had a call from a technician letting us know that we were just behind another customer and would be over ASAP. Within an hour he took care if that customer, drove to my house, popped my car lock and made me another key with the fob. Highly recommend!!
