He was a breeze to communicate with, called ahead while he was en route and showed up ahead of time. The installation and re-key was done swiftly and professionally. My front door lock was not working properly and needed some adjustment. Cliff called a day before and was flexible with the time I wanted him to come, next day he arrived at the exact time that we agreed on. He explained how he was going to approach the problem, explained that due to COVID-19 he is going to handle things with mask and gloves. After fixing the lock, he explained what had gone wrong with the initial installation. The lock works flawlessly after he has fixed it. Here is the kicker, I did not have extra set of batteries to test that the lock can be operated using the keypad. He went to the shop himself and got the batteries as I was working from home with a 2 kids at home and could not leave. Loved his professionalism and ease with which the lock was fixed. I waited for a few weeks to give this review, to make sure it still works and it does. Great work, recommended.
