He was able to come earlier than anticipated and work was done quickly, efficiently and was within the regular service timeframe. I called last week and made an appointment for Monday morning. I was told between 9am and noon a technician would arrive. I waited until noon, nobody showed up or contacted me. I contacted the office and was told I was on their "list" for today however despite being told between 9am and 12pm when I booked the appointment, he couldn't give an updated time a technician would arrive. Finally got a call just after 2pm asking if I was home? Apparently, nobody communicated my appointment time with the technician. What a joke. If you have 5+ hours to waste, call this company. If you want professional service, I suggest you call elsewhere.

I had an appointment at 830am for a lock install. No show. I call and they say someone will be there by 11. A guy shows up and says the work will be done...he goes to the car to get the locks...30 minutes later he hasn't returned and his car is gone. I call and they tell me someone else will come sometime in the afternoon. I call at 230...they still don't know when someone will be there but promise by 430. 430 comes and goes with no one. They never did call. Absolutely terrible service and condescending on the telephone. I absolutely would not recommend them.

No one No body

Bought a new set of knives and before using them I was told that they need to be professionally sharped. So I found good reviews here so I decided to drop them off. When I pick them up I looked over the knives found that the handle on the one knife was badly scratch up, I spoke to the manager and she said that they would not replace the damaged knife as they are done on a belt sander and this one might have gotten to close. I then explained that there are other methods to prevent this type of damage she just smiled at me offered a refund and be on your way. I should have just done them my self on a wet stone at home but I figured I'd bring them in and get them done by a professional well shame on me, a belt sander that's a professional if I only would have known this I would have found someone else or done them my self. Nothing I can do about it now but maybe you should think twice.
