I asked for the driver to change my flat tire but because I have front wheel drive I couldn't have the spare on the fro t drivers side I needed the rear tire moved to the front where the flat was and the donut spare on the rear .. He said he was only coming for a tow and wasn't going to do a double tire change then went on to call someone and swore on the phone saying he wasn't going to do a Fing double lift and said he was just going to tow my car to Neddy's in North Bay.. Why are you doing CAA calls if you refuse to change a flat tire on a front wheel drive car ..I was not a happy customer and Neddy's told me that they quit using your company do to unprofessional service.. I will from now on not ever give you a good review or recommend your company to any one at all... What happened to helping the customer instead of doing customer service .. I know because you get more money from CAA for towing a car to a garage than actually changing a flat tire .. That is wrong in more ways than I can count ... Hope you loose your CAA contract because your customer service sucks and I had to cancel two patients and give them to another homecare nurse due to your poor service and taking 2 hrs to get to me on a desolate hwy...

No issues to speak of. Seacan after tending to the tow truck driver now can deliver without supervision. As a reoccurring customer this was key I couldn't always be present. There dispatch team is on point after underatabding the needs I have and have been very well accommodated. I get them the dates ahead of time they deliver flexibly in the windows of time provided and everyone is happy. Oh yeah, I'm moving a 40ft outfitted seacan, so it's no small load. Jackie has been key in maintaining this business relationship and has been phenomenal to work with. Thank you to the tow truck driver who has taken the time to remember me and where I need seacan placed.

I called the service through CAA I also filed a complaint through CAA the driver a man named Ben shows up there's a woman in his tow truck and it looked like her head came up off his lap. He was very chatty talked a lot told me that he was on anti-depressants, and that he just got his job back but he reeked like alcohol. I was very nervous about him Towing my car because of the way he smells and because of what was going on in his tow truck I told CAA it was the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen and then they should reconsider using that company. LMAO A&S towing or the driver Ben flagged my Facebook because of a bad review oh well I'll be back on fb soon and the review will be back.

After a meal at McD's my sister found herself with a flat in the parking lot. I came to help her only to find that 2/5 nuts were totally seized after having snapped the 3rd bolt. That is when Freddie from A&S Towing who just happened to be eating his meal; came out to help. His airgun got the last 2 nuts off and he showed my sister the massive chunk of metal sticking out the bottom of tire that caused her flat then proceeded to install the spare tire. After much praise he then returned inside to finish his meal. SIMPLY AMAZING! Thank you so much! CHEERS!

Don't ever think of cancelling a tow call 2 minutes after you call them. The person answering calls is rude and unprofessional. Hanging up and swearing at a customer is uncalled for. Charging someone $163.00 for a simple tow 18 kms is a little far fetched. I would recommend any other company then A&S towing.

Love A&S we have used them over 150 times on everything from transports to antique and classic vehicles and I've never had any issues at all. They tow with pride, get the job done right, and the load always arrives safely.

Very rude driver, In a massive rush. CAA sent A&S towing to change a flat, driver didn't want to do the job. Driver lowered the tired ( Dodge Caravan and decided it was a good idea to try to cut the wire that held the spare in place) Driver damaged the vehicle and was the most ignorant service provider I've ever met. I highly recommend using CAA but be specific and do not allow A&S to help, unless u want a grumpy tow truck driver who will damage your car. Horrible Service deserves less that one star.

I dont normally leave a bad review but when someone tell you they will be here in 20 minutes and almost 1 hour later you call them and they say it would be another 3 hours because some one didnt Wright the call down! 1st and last time.

Shared company with Tow Truck North Bay. If i could give this company 0 stars I would. Blew a tire on my horse trailer a few kms from Thibeault hill on a Sunday with 30 degree weather. Provided zero service and hung up the phone when trying to explain my situation for the sake of my animals! Dont waste your time with these ignorant people. Im not one to write reviews but this service was appalling!

Had a 5 ton straight truck that broke a drive shaft trying to get out of a tricky location. A&S dispatched a truck quickly into a tight space and quickly and professionally recovered the truck and worked with us while it was offloaded into another truck. They then hauled the broken truck 200km to the shop all for a pretty great rate. Definitely recommend

Randy Paulin Unfortunately for us our starter suddenly gave out on us while shopping on Sunday. After calling Roadside service, they sent us A&S towing to look after us. They were on time and Brent the driver was very pleasent, accommodating and has very good people skills. Job was done quickly and professionally. I am so grateful for the staff at A&S towing! Specifically Jackie, and Ben! I ended up getting a flat tire in the wal mart parking lot on Friday evening. I am not from the area, and was panicked as I wasn’t familiar with the area and every place I had called was closed or didn’t answer. My cousin and I were staying at a cottage in Bonfield and had come into the city to do some shopping! Little did we know it would become so eventful! They were excellent to deal with, bent over backwards to help us during a stressful time. They were there momentarily after hanging up and were great to deal with. Huge thank you to You, Jackie and Ben for getting us back on our way home!
