Not a good service, for small repair of my basement door they charge me $378 the technician did not tell me exact amount it cost . that brand new lock cost only less than $100 bucks they cheat me for that $378 i can buy a new door. finally i argue with them and paid $311 still wast my money please anyone do not call them you will loos your money

Couldn’t be more disgusted and disappointed We had a situation on the weekend where my elderly mother was locked out of our home by accident and her dog was inside when she arrived. We fully expected to pay a weekend service call rate and were infact quoted 45.00$ on phone for a new lock When the service man got there he gave my mom - a senior; a bill of $576.00 For what he called “Open house New lock” We tried to follow up Monday with a manager and he was “unavailable “ it’s friday and he’s still not available BEWARE!!!!!

Locked my keys inside my car, while my car was running, didn’t know what to do because it was also freezing cold, started losing it because everyone said it would take more then couple of hours.
