Bee Safe lock Smiths came out to do a lock at our location in Pickering. When the technician came, he was super friendly and super informative. I was watched (unawares to him) as he did his work to make sure the door closed correctly and that the lock mechanism was fixed and functioning correctly. He was meticulous in ensuring that it closed properly and that it was tuned up just right. I’m not sure how much this type of service should’ve cost me, but if he had charged more, I would have happily paid it! (The service and professionalism justified the cost by itself) One more thing I’d like to mention, I dealt with another staff member on a different occasion because we had a problem with our pushbutton lock system. Instead of booking a technician to come out and ding me for $100 plus, she asked me if I was handy and told me that I could buy the tool and do it myself. I would not have known any better had she not have offered me this solution. I took her advice and changed the lock system myself. This act of customer service led to the second call of which I’m composing this review. It turns out she is the owner, and the gentleman that came out to my site to repair the locking mechanism on our back door lock was also the owner. Great people, great business, excellent service! I recently had new doors installed by my landlord on my store where the security was not what you would consider good. Double doors, simple cheap knobset that could be pried open with a screwdriver and no seam plate (can't remember the actual term). I called Bee Safe & Lock Inc. on a recommendation from a couple of sources. They did not disappoint! Although they were busy, they were able to come out the same day and install the seam plate and a good quality deadbolt. The cost was reasonable for the quality and the customer service which was excellent. I will use again when needed and won't hesitate to refer.

I discovered Bee Safe by chance, this amazing locksmith service where you can get remote car keys made. Any car and they have the expertise to make a key or a key fob with in minutes. I had been looking for a remote control key for Honda and the dealer quoted a price of nearly $230 plus tax. These guys made my remote key for 1/4 price and I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes. Highly recommend it for any locksmith needs. March 9, 2020. I returned back for some more keys for my Honda. I am still very satisfied with the professional work and excellent customer service. Diana, in particular was exceptionally helpful. Amazing work and again at a relatively a cheap price. Very good work! Thanks Diana!

You can predict the professionalism of a service tech by the inside of their truck and John's was impeccable, and hence, so was his workmanship. He refurbished our home's 16-year-old main door lock to running smoothly, including with our "copied keys", and lubricated the other door locks for good measure.

Just had a key plus fob program here for an f150 that I lost the fob to, after I messed up trying a cheapie I got on Amazon she was able to get the right one cut and programmed , fixed good as new. Super nice and alot of patience.

Bee Safe & Lock are fantastic locksmiths! I have had them at my company to add some keypad locks and at my house when some of the doorknobs broke and couldn’t open 2 of the doors. I had them replace every door knob in the house so I wouldn’t have the same issue with the other knobs. They have cut many keys for my company and had them re-key padlocks to match up to my existing key and never had any issues. They also can get you replacement key fobs for your vehicle. I broke mine and they got me an a factory replacement cheaper then my dealership. Super friendly and a family owned business that will always get my business.

After a bad experience with a guy working out of the trunk of his car, I went to Bee Safe and found them to be most helpful. I purchased quality deadbolts and had them all keyed to the same key, all at a very reasonable price. I will use them again for sure.

I went there first to have keys made and found the staff working there at the time to be very friendly so I decided that I ever needed locksmith services again I would use them. It so happened that I did a month or two later when my front door lock kept sticking midway making it hard to enter the house. I made an appointment for the next day. The locksmith, John, showed up precisely at the scheduled time, examined the lock, diagnosed the issue and offered to do a replacement part but was clear to me that it may work for a while and I may need to replace the whole lock. He didn’t even charge for the service call or repair. He even took time to match the keylock on my back door (which keys I had lost) to my front door key so if there was a future issue with the front door jamming again, we would not be locked out. John went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend this locksmith service. Thank you.

Went to Bee Safe & Lock today (7/23) to make a copy of my key because I lost one and I am down to my last spare. The key I have is extremely hard to find and I had been almost everywhere in vain. The lady that works there was super friendly and called around to several locksmiths till she was able to locate someone who could cut my key. I'm so mad I didn't take her name however she was AMAZING and next level with her customer service!!!! My day was made and it's truly heartwarming as I can't recall the last time I have experienced such service and I didn't even spend a dime - how insane is that! Plus the store is spacious, neat, clean and has a cute wall of dog pics :D...THANK YOU BEE SAFE & LOCK, keep being yourselves!

I called several other places for assistance with a safe that my kids locked in the keys for and messed up the digital pin as well. Nobody knew what to do or had the tool to do it. This lady who worked here was so professional and knew exactly what to do. Within minutes my safe was open with no hassle. In an effort to get my home ready to sell, I made an appointment to have the lock on the front door repaired and a key made for the rear door. The technician (John) showed up early and patiently waited in his truck until exactly 1pm. He examined my lock which is a complex Baldwin lock and provided some tips on how to effectively open it when the deadbolt was in place. Subsequently, I take John to back door and he explains that it is a European lock for which blanks are difficult to find in Canada and more importantly most people would not remember the sequence of turns required to open the door. John's recommendations was to not invest the money. I asked John how much I owed him for making the service call and he said "no charge". I didn't think this type of thing happened in today's day and age. He made a trip to my home, spent nearly 30 minutes examining and explaining and leaves with nothing. This is a company you definitely want to do business with!

I went right over and had a very enjoyable conversation in person and my remotes were working in just a few minutes.
