I am so grateful to Ajax Locksmiths Inc. Their customer service skills are impeccable. I love and call Ajax my home, but unfortunately I work in Toronto. So I had not been able to make it to get a key cut for my car. I was so thankful and overwhelmed that I didn't even get the name of the wonderful person who came in after store hours to assist me. Not only do I appreciate the flexibility in making the service available for me, but thoughtfulness in ensuring that I was leaving with a quality product and the inquiry to ensure that my needs were being met. Horrible horrible customer service. The guy spoke to me like I'm inconveniencing him by asking for their services. When he quoted his price which was $50 more than everyone else, he started to ask me "what do you mean? What do you want the price to be?" And caught an attitude. Try someone else. They don't know how to offer good service. They definitely do not know how to talk to customers at all.

He could have upsold me a new lock but simply replaced the interior of the lock, made me some new keys and even fixed the plate on the door to strengthen the mechanism. I've been using there service for twenty five years, I wouldn't go to anywhere else. They provide quick service with excellent results for all my locks and keys. Just recently I took a saddlebag for my motorcycle which I didn't have a key, they were able to make a key to match my locks. When I got a vehicle I asked for another key and I indicated to them it was very difficult in the ignition. The new key cut is better then the original, making it perfect fit for the ignition. All my problems were solved with my new key. They are very knowledgeable and I won't consider anywhere else for locks and keys. Thank you Ajax Locksmith Darren and your very helpful staff. Always a satisfied customer when I leave there.

These guys are true locksmiths. They not only got a key to work with a doorknob that seemed impossible to cut for, but went beyond and actually modified their key to work! It was pure skill I watched today, as the blank key was cut for the knob, then expertly modified. I will recommend this locksmith to everyone, especially YOU!

Needed a key for a very small lock on a grandfather clock. We had no key to show him so I took the lock itself to Darrin. I thought I would have to buy a new lock but he was able to make a new key on the spot for me. Plus it was quite a fancy looking key, very suitable for an old grandfather clock! But make sure you are calling the Ajax Locksmith company with INC. at the end of their name & DON'T BE FOOLED by the incompetent scammers who hijack Ajax Locksmith Inc's good name & reputation, like we were. :-( When we moved into our new home, we had already heard from several sources that Ajax Locksmith Inc was the best in town but when we googled to get their number, a paid ad for Locksmith Ajax (the bad company!!) came up first & we called them by mistake. We paid twice as much as we should have to install 6 knock off locks with nonworking keys & deadbolt. This fly by night company didn't return our calls & the listed local address is actually a Shopper's Drug Mart. When we realized our mistake, we contacted Darren who came right over & repolished the sticky keys at no charge. We decided to have Darren restore the original Weiser sets & rekey them, which he did including adding some missing parts. If we had called him first, he would have rekeyed them and saved us $600. Darren kindly gave us a price break on his work, knowing we had already overpaid. Ajax Locksmith Inc. deserves their stellar reputation and restored our faith in an honest, expert locksmith with integrity.

Had an antique key broken off in an antique family heirloom, Curio cabinet. The Cabinet door was locked at the time and a piece of the key was broken off inside the door lock. Called Ajax Locksmiths Inc and got same day service! I had called other Ajax Locksmiths and they advised they did not work on furniture cabinets. Darren the Locksmith, worked and got the door open, got the piece of the broken key out of the lock and reinstalled the lock on the door, all with absolutely no damage to the cabinet. They get a FIVE STAR rating all around!!

Have a Schlage lock on our door. Key got stuck in the keyhole yesterday and couldn't get it out. Called to ask for a quote about removing the key and Darrin answered. He knew exactly which lock we had with just a few descriptions we gave him. He showed us how to remove the key and saved us some money! That's great service.
