Went there to get my leather jacket fixed. A cuff button popped out. This guy replaced it with the exact colour match and did it in about 3 minutes! Was very, very inexpensive. Good work by a very friendly man. I’m going to go back there if I’m in need of any repairs done to my shoes or my jacket next time. Free underground parking.

I had a very bad experience with Grace Shoe last year. Nails were left after repair in my shoe and hurt my foot. They couldn't fix the problem even after my second visit. Now I am looking for another place.

I had a pair of work boots where the tread was separating from the rest of the boot in several places. The repair job made them look like new. I couldn't see any evidence that the tread had been coming apart at all. Excellent quality work, and timely service. I highly recommend Grace Shoe Re-New.

Worst shoemaker ever !!! I brought in a pair of boots needing new soles and heels. He said it would be 45 dollars plus tax . I would have to pay upfront. I paid cash .I decided to go for it because they were well loved boots . 3 weeks later the sole was flapping in the wind on one shoe, and beginning to lift on the other . When I brought them in , he said he didn't remember me or the shoes . I didn't think to keep the little piece of paper of a bill . I questioned how he could forget me in 3 weeks when he had my boots for a week and I paid 45 dollars in cash . This is so sleazy . He has not only lost a customer , but I will tell everyone I know not to go there . I went to the shoe repair in Metrotown who fixed the shoddy repair of the repair in Royal Mall in New Westminster .

This review is long over due. 4 years ago I brought my belt that needed another hole in it. The guy quickly punched a hole and when I asked how much do I owe him, he said nothing. From then on I’d been bringing my hiking shoes for repairs. When my Nikes were needing a patch around the toe areas I brought them over and they fixed them nicely. Same my adidas hiking shoes. I’m planning to bring my Helly Hansens for repair one of these days.

My brand new shoes had stitching that started to come apart and he said he could stitch it no problem. When I got them back he had just used some glue and that is all. This took him 5 days to complete at a cost of $20. The two locations came apart one hour after I wore them. Absolutely terrible workmanship and very dishonest. I do not recommend this cobbler at all.

my red wings needed new soles. went to the other shoe repair shop nearby and was told that it was unrepairable. Took it to Grace and they did a fantastic job. Good prices too.
