worst place you can go, a woman quoted me at 150, then the fay they were suppose to come, they took forever to arrive, never called me. after the third time calling, they told me i cancelled because the price was too high which the price now was 250 dollars. i firstly never cancelled my appointment, they also lied and said i did, they also insulted me assuming i couldn’t afford it, and lastly a slap in my face to canceling my appointment for me, lying, and being really sketchy. they’re not a legit business, search elsewhere!!

This place seems like a huge scam. First the technician that contacted me was extremely rude and yelled at me and hung up on me after I balked at the price of $200 for a key replacement. They also tried to get me to send a picture of my existing key which seemed extremely sketchy since I know places can make a copy of a key from an image. You would be best to find a different locksmith because this is not the one you want. I wish I could give zero stars.

Absolutely TERRIBLE and SKETCHY. I called because i got locked out of my car, the first thing they do is ask for my credit card info. the guy told me 30mins. 4hrs later i’m being redirected to different phone numbers and none pf them answer me. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE

I called about a small safe that I needed to be rekey. They said they can’t rekey small safes. I asked the dispatcher how much everything would cost he said $30.. so the locksmith comes out and says it’s going to cost $150. I told him the dispatcher told me less and I could not afford so much. Can you believe this man laughed in my face! How rude! I told him he is very lucky I am nice and would pay him for coming out but being blatantly rude to your customers... terrible. I would not recommend this company at all.. terrible communication and very rude staff.

I salute the experts from Dollar Brunswick - Locksmith Service for the outstanding work for my home’s door lock. The technician was super cool and kind and even apologized for being a little. Within 3 minutes to 5 minutes, they fixed the door lock.

Horrible. Called them to get a locksmith to come and open my door for me in an emergency, turns out my land lady is around the corner and will open the door for me. Call them asap to relay the info and save them time, they tell me they’re charging my card $50 anyway. I tell them no service has been performed. The employee responds, “okay, we’re going to charge your card anyway.” And hangs up. With such disdain in his voice. I had to call another locksmith up and ask if that is typical for companies to do; he replied absolutely not. I will be refuting the charge. But please learn from my lesson and stay far away. Not an ethical business at all.

The technician was wonderful and the work he did was excellent. Unfortunately, the price was too high for me to have all the work done I wanted to have done. Replacing my front door lock cost $250 and they wanted another $180 to rekey this side door. I just wanted my locks changed to feel more secure in my home. I did not anticipate having to pay such a high price.
