Today I got locked outside my house at 7am in the freezing cold so I called the locksmith after someone recommended him, the guy was amazing, showed up in 15 min and open my house. I lost the last set of keys to my jeep and the dealer wanted to charge me 250$ and I had to tow it there. I called a couple locksmiths and these guys were the most reasonable at 200$ for the first key and 100$ for the spare. They came out and tried for a while to program the remote but it didn't work, but they promised to come back the next day to try a different key. They actually did come and even came while I was still at the gym and by the time I came back both keys were programmed and working. I really appreciate that they came through on their word and they were really nice both days. So yea in short I'd definitely recommend this place

I had a house locked-out situation a couple days of ago. Like Shavon said, they told me $100 when I spoke to them over the phone to unlock the door. The person came on-time, but once he got off the car and told me $180+tax which is unprofessional and he said this is what his boss told, so I called his boss immediately and that guy told me the price is based on the complex of the lock and funny thing is the guy who came to unlock didn't even look at the lock. I was so annoyed and I told him I don't need his service. Instead of paying $180+tax, I just got the driller from my neighbor and drilled on the key hole to break it in less than 10 mins, thanks to youtube video for that. Now I changed the lock with new one for just $30.

I was told it would be 35 dollars plus 15 for service call. Depending on the locks. When he got there all he did was put to bags in and blow them up and then put the jimmy in and open the door. Then had the nerve to charge me 70 dollars. For 2 minutes. Plz dont use them there r crooks. Take ur time there r others out there that wont rip u off.

I tend to go by word of mouth. In this case I had to take a chance. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality service I received today. I after I made the call for service a tech was at my home within an hour. Matt was professional and qualified. He called to tell me his location. He had on a mask when he arrived.He got the job done in a good amount of time.

Pretty good service. There was a problem with the keys. I thought my car was a 2006 but it turned out to be a 2003(What? I don't know anything about cars.) but they fixed it for free. I would recommend but prepared to deal with some... uh... communication issues. Just be patient they will fix the problem. Would have given 4 stars but other reviews suggest this was an isolated incident.

I don't suggest using this locksmith company. When I called the company they quoted me one price and when the locksmith came out to my home they charged me another price, plus tax, plus service fees. This company is deceiving. Don't be fooled, you'll thank me later.

Had a terrible experience. I was locked out of my car while it was on. Not only that he was late, he was insensitive to my situation and talked only about money. He just took 150$ cash to open my car, and never gave me a receipt. I felt that they took an advantage of my situation. I was locked out before and I got a cheaper quote from another company but unfortunately I lost their contact. I don't recommend them.

I locked my keys in my car and needed a Locksmith. I called this company and the person on the phone told me that labor starts at 35 dollars and there will also be a 10-15 dollar service call fee. I was fine with that because it was cold and The price was decent. The guy gets to me 35 minutes later, jumps out his car with the tools and says " Its going to be $179 dollars today. I was like" no way for what?" and he was like "thats how much its going to be". I then went on to tell him that The operator said 45-50 for everything and he was like thats where it starts....I was like "ok then, bye, im not paying 179 for five minutes of service". Then the guy told me 80 dollars which I payed (still too much). Complete disdain for this company and the dishonesty that it spouts. Rogues. seriously what is the actual 45 dollar start price for then? just to look at the car?

If you need new locks stay away from them. Their charges are very high for new locks and the quality of locks they install is complete garbage. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Not sure if they are the ones who come to install locks or just outsource to some random locksmith who then charges you whatever he feels like.

I just needed a couple of keys cut and fobs programmed for my pontiac g6. He was here promptly and only took maybe 15 mins to finish up. Even showed me that I had a remote starter. Also very friendly as he gave me an extra key for free.

I did a extensive search for a affordable locksmith who can duplicate an auto key that had the transponder chip missing. Many would not touch my 2003 Infiniti and if they were going to, they would up charge up to 300 dollars for a single duplicate. I made a call to Brunswick Local Locksmith to find not only would they travel to my location, but did not include a "non-refundable service fee" on top of their service. Everything was inclusive with a free estimate. Since my master key to my car was dismantled - I decided to get three copies done - still cheaper than one copy from the dealer. The keys acted exactly as the master key and were cut as percise as the master key - without any jamming or extra force required to insert or remove the key. They were also able to override my auto-start system which could've been mess financially. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a trustworthy and reliable locksmith who aims for customer satisfaction. They hit it 110 percent and beyond! Thanks again for all your help Brunswick Local Locksmith!!
