Our entire family (two large dogs, two adults and a toddler) got locked out of our house due to our keypad not working. Tom was quick to arrive, warm and friendly to work with and had us back in the house within two minutes of working on the lock. He told us what needed to be done in order to prevent the issue from happening again and even added, “If I had one with me, I’d give it to you.” They just don’t make ‘em like this sweet man anymore. He was very fair in pricing and a joy to talk to. Super thankful that there are people still around like Tom.
