Highly overpriced. I asked how much it would cost to have something engraved on a dog tag for wearing around your neck. And the price on top of a little piece of metal and bathtub chain for $30 was $1/letter engraved. The zippos are all overpriced by about $10 or more each. Not worth the cost for anything they sell.

Botched engraving job on my Son's Graduation Gift. I just purchased the watch in Vancouver the day before and took it into the mall to have it engraved. First line is a total mess, the second line is good, the third line is completely off center, and the 4th line is just a messy unrecognizable blob that should have been a tiny heart. She was sorry and offered me the money back for the botched lines initially, then she reluctantly offered me all of my money back. She did not however offer to pay to have the watch replaced. Very disappointed.

After paying for engraving they tell me it will be 1hr. Came back an hour later and they tell me because it’s an expensive piece (silver bracelet?) they want a manager to do it. No phone call to let me know after I waited an hour. They refunded but no apology.

Staff is amazing and the products I've received are impeccable! I've worn my engraved necklace every day for over a year and half and it's certainly standing the test of time (even when my toddler has tried to rip it off my neck). Haha
