Funny story, our dog locked us out on our deck from our sliding deck door, so we had to call a lock smith. He arrived within 15 mins, unlocked our main enterance door in a matter of minutes, and came upstairs to let us in. Keep in mind that our dog was barking like crazy the whole time. Excellent service

I can't say enough positive things about this locksmith. We have had problems with our front door for 2.5 years and two other locksmith companies tried to fix it and were unsuccessful. When Mike came, however, he was determined to not only fix the lock but make it look nice. He worked for hours the first day and then returned to finish the job as soon as the new part arrived. Not only that, but when the new part didn't exactly match, he got a new one and came back at 9 pm (even though I told him it could wait and wasn't a big deal) because he wanted the job done correctly as soon as possible. I'm beyond impressed with his work ethic and commitment to excellence for his customers. You just don't find people like this anymore. Plus it's clear he is extremely family oriented - he told stories about his adorable children the whole time he worked and it was so sweet.

She paid it with her credit card without knowing the original quote. I contacted them back via their website, asked for a refund of $100. No response. Shady operation, don't trust them. Never again.

My car has the Anti-theft chip, due to this a key was very expensive to have made. This is not the worst though. I recently found out that the company reprogrammed the car so only the key they made works with the car and all the spares with anti-theft chips no longer work. Now I have to go into a dealership to have the car reprogrammed again. 250$ for a new key and now I have to pay to have the car reprogrammed as well. Use this company as a last resort.

I usually don’t leave reviews. Although, I gotta say this place was the most efficient and easygoing locksmith in town. Sub zero degrees and losing my keys was not a good combo. I was able to get someone instantly when calling and got help right away. While getting my keys replaced by an agent, they made sure I was safe and warm. For someone to care about my well-being in this cold meant a lot especially going through a rough day. Overall, these people care about you as a human. And I’m very thankful. Definitely will do business with them again if I’m ever in an emergency.

The initial phone call was answered promptly. I was given a number to call Mike and given instructions to include photos of my door handle and lock system on a very heavy glass deck door. Mike went to a warehouse to find a replacement, called me when he was 15 minutes out, and gave me two choices for a replacement lock and handle. All this was done in one day, at reasonable cost. It appears that not many locksmiths do deck door handle replacements so Mike is creating a niche opportunity. He was prompt, explained the process, was professional and personable as well as reasonable in cost for an hour long job. I would hire again!

Eli did a great job repairing the existing ignition on our old Honda Odyssey, now it works well and we can use our old keys which he said looked good. We didn't have to replace the whole thing (what the dealership told us) which was a relief and saved money. The price was much better than going to the dealership. My journey to this great service began just a few days before I needed them. I like sliders and to make a long story short my key fob didn't like being submerged in onion chip dipping sauce, it fell apart on me at the worst time, on my way to pick up guests for the Vikes playoff game! It’s is not the first time I used the team at reliable locksmith over the years, they opened my house several times when I lost my keys, opened my car when I left the car to warm up at work and the car locked automatically, and when I purchased a new car with a smart key, they came over and programmed a new remote so I don’t get locked out again. no matter what tech comes to help, they always respond quickly, price the job fairly, have all the parts needed, and offer a professional job with a smile.

They were very responsive and fast. However, we asked for him to rekey the locks on our house. He ended up talking us into a different lock set that didn't match up to our holes. We should have had him put the old set back on and rekey it because the set he eventually used cost us three times retail plus the installation cost. Our fault for not getting clarification but probably won't be using them again.

Horrible experience. Said they would be there in 30 mins, took over 45 mins. The kid got out of his car (not marked as a company car) shirtless and was in process of putting shirt on, did not introduce who he was, and first thing he said after I asked if he was here to unlock my car was that he forgot his wedge and would be using a nail clippers. He proceeded to tell me it was his second day on the job. Took him about 15 mins to unlock my door, and since my car was running they considered it an emergency unlock and charged me $145. My driver side door is so bent on the top from the air bag things that it does not seal and leaks rain. I called the owner about this concern and he said to put a piece of wood between the door and car and push on it.......which did not work.
