The staff at Hardy Locksmith have been very helpful in a variety of situations. About 15ish years ago, I bought a Medeco lock from them, and they gave me advice about installation. Recently, when I had troubles with it, they happily gave me advice on how I could fix it. They were also able to make a key for a very old cabinet, just from having the lock brought in. They have been helpful and friendly! :)
