Asked them to open a safe at my work in a very cretical situation downtown Toronto and the job was done on timely maximum satisfaction manner. In my work, we listed him as primary provider for such services in the future and definitely recommending him to such jobs.

I had Josh come by and open my old Gardall safe for me that had a broken lock. He was a really friendly and professional person to deal with, and I would defiantly recommend him to anyone that needs help with their safe as he offers a variety of services. I must have contacted 10+ safe crackers in the GTA that said it would be impossible to open or that it would cost me over $1000 (more then the safe is worth). Josh was understanding and was able to do the job within my budget. He arrived on time and got my safe opened quickly. I wish that there were more people like Josh around in other traits. The world would be a much better place!

I had this random tumbler I needed a key made for or rekeyed. I tried a bunch of other places in the area but all were either closed or figured I was SOL and that there was nothing they could do. I called Josh and found him to be very helpful and quick to respond. He was even willing to meet up so I could show him the lock in person, and this was at 7:30 AM. In the end, his services were very quick, high quality, and all at a very fair price.

Josh came right away the morning I asked if he could help open my father's empty 1980 Gardex combination safe that I was trying to sell and couldn't open with the combination. He patiently showed me how to dial in the numbers which turned out to be the correct ones but I had turned the dial too many times. Well worth his service call.

I highly recommend Tim. He is fast to respond and he is very polite. I called and spoke to Tim early in the morning because I couldn't get my safe open, I didn't have the combination number. He asked me to send him a picture of my safe and he provided me with a quote that was fair and more cheaper then another locksmith that I called (who was really rude). My husband ended up finding the manual to our safe, so we found combination. If I ever unable to open my safe, I will be giving these guys a call.

Josh saved the day for me again. First over a year ago he was able to get me into an old safe that I had used at my office. I moved the safe to a second home and one day it would not open. A wire had come off and Josh walked me through how to repair over the phone. Had that not worked he was prepared to drive the 250 km to assist me. The phone instructions were successful.
